Luxury Two-bedroom apartment in VILLA KING is decorated to the highest standards of modern design and has 70m2. Two bedrooms, a modern kitchen with all appliances, large bathroom, and living room with balcony and magnificent view of the sea . Special attention was given to the equipment the beds and bedding's that is of a high standard.
It is ideal for 4 persons, family or friends. There is a lot of outdoor terrace

Just 500 metres from the beach, Villa King is 1 km from the UNESCO-listed Dubrovnik’s Old Town. It offers modern-style apartments overlooking the Adriatic Sea from a furnished balcony or a terrace. Free WI-Fi, a dishwasher and a flat-screen TV are standard amenities.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful time at Villa King - everything was great! The apartment was well stocked and super clean. The location is excellent - close enough to town to walk (10 mins), but also right by the bus stop. Views from the balcony and patio are great- wish I was back there now!

Loved staying at Villa King!

We loved staying at Villa King. It was even nicer than we expected and had several personal touches we appreciated. We especially enjoyed the view from the terrace. Dino was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. Everyone at Villa King was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Dubrovnik!

This was a beautiful property, extremely well updated and clean. The family is very accommodating and gracious. The driver they arranged was fabulous and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. And the views truly are spectacular!

Wonderful apartment in a great location

I stayed here with a group of 6 people. We had the 3 bedroom and the 2 bedroom apartments booked. It was perfect for the group, it felt like home for the time we were there. You couldn't ask for a better location with a better view. We watched the sunset from the patio every evening. The apartment is located just out of the hustle and bustle of old town. It's only about a 15 minute walk to old town. It's definitely on the quiet side of the tourist area, away from where the buses drop off the numerous loads of cruise ship passengers to visit the walled area. Dino was wonderful. He made us feel very welcome and offered his assistance if needed. He went above and beyond for us, printing tickets for the next leg of our journey. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Dubrovnik.

5 stars aren't enough! Excellent in every way!

My family and I spent four nights at Villa King and can't even begin to share just how wonderful the apartment is! The location is perfect and the views are spectacular! However, the best part of staying there was Jasna and Luka's incredible hospitality. They are so kind and helpful and they truly made our stay in Croatia amazing! We didn't want to leave them or Croatia! Would highly recommend!

Amazing Hosts and perfect location!

Villa King was absolutely wonderful! Gorgeous apartment very close to the old town with an amazing view. Our hosts were extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay with them. They even drove us to the grocery store, and brought my friend a lovely birthday gift! I highly recommend this home to all visitors traveling to Dubrovnik!

I am Jasna and my husband is Luka. We are grown up in Dubrovnik and latter we have move to Zagreb.We have two sons, Dino and Mario. Last 4 years we have returned and we have rebuilt our family house to Villa and we start to rent. I am fashion designer , and Luka is electronics engineer. We very like our VILLA KING and we do our best to give our guests all support and help that they need.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

VILLA KING is located in excellent position. This is residental area in bay , in front of island Lokrum and Old harbour of Old Town.View is amazing from all terrace, and from windows and balcony. It is in quite erea, surraunding with grennery , and needs only 15 minutes slow walk to arrive in Old Town.
Lot of our guests say : is one milion $, view!!!
