Bienvenue au paradis. Il n'y a rien de mieux que de sortir de votre porte arrière et de descendre à la plage. Ce condo joliment meublé comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse / sécheuse, 3 téléviseurs et un DVD. Il y a un grand balcon que vous pouvez accéder depuis le salon et la chambre des maîtres. Il y a des escaliers qui descendent du balcon pour faciliter l'accès à la plage et à la piscine. Cette unité a un roi dans le maître, un roi dans la chambre d'invité et une chambre à lits superposés afin que vous puissiez dormir 6 confortablement.

Great Condo and location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation. A few minor issues though, in the primary bathroom both sinks did not drain well and the ice maker leaves a lot to be desired. But truly love the stairs the go straight to the condo and not having to deal with an elevator.

Great location with amazing view!

The condo was updated and nice and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping and just steps to the beach. The view from the balcony and inside the condo was beautiful. Beds and furniture were comfortable.

Relaxing and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes 102. It was just as pictured online. Totally loved being able to just walk down the steps and out onto the beach. So easy to go back inside for anything we forgot or needed later in the day. Chairs and umbrella service were excellent!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo is great- plenty of convenient parking close to the condo.. There is a convenience store within walking distance, which we really appreciated. We LOVED the beach access from the balcony. The condo comes with beach service- 2 chairs & an umbrella, we also brought extra beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach area was spacious- we never felt crowded. The condo was very clean & decorated beautifully. We had 4 adults & 2 kids, and it was the perfect size. The ONLY constructive feedback I have is that we could have used some towel hooks, but other than that it was perfect. We would definitely rent here again!

Best beach access!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for a mother daughter trip and the beach access was just the absolute best! There is a gate right off your balcony so you can get to the beach super fast. The boardwalk to the beach is short. Having use of the chairs and umbrellas was fabulous. The interior of the condo was nice having recently been redone. I love brightness of mostly white interior with black hardware and soft color accents. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely remodeled condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The bed in the guest room really could use a new mattress and you’d really have to like a firm mattress. Other than that, this was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we love the quick access to the beach. Be prepared to watch the weather as we were on double red flags our entire trip which really was a spoiler.

Friends getaway to Okaloosa Island

I love Okaloosa island but i also love a new condo & most of the condos on the island are older. This one was fully remodeled recently & just perfect for my friend & I. We especially enjoyed being able to walk right off the balcony down the steps to the beach walk. We literally had the beach in our “backyard”

Why do I keep coming to Florida

Yes why do I keep coming to Florida. I’ve been going to Fort Walton Beach for seven years and of those seven years I’ve not gotten into the property I’ve rented three times for a host of reasons and the lead time give was only one month to two weeks before we were to leave for Florida. It occurs to me that us as renters have very little recourse.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sisters and I wanted a weekend on the beach and we planned to cook some of our favorite dishes. The day before we left, the agent contacted me to say that the oven wasn't working and she'd put two countertop burners and a toaster oven in the kitchen. She offered a first floor unit (with no view). We chose to stay with our original rental. She gave us a refund of $150.00. I guess that was okay but I don't feel like it really compensated the impact the broken stove had on our time together.
