Come and enjoy this 1,450 square-foot space with panoramic views while relaxing in the living area from a gorgeous day at the world's most beautiful beaches. Then wake up and enjoy the sunrise from the patio just off the master suite.
This 3br 3ba condo that sleeps 8 will be your perfect dream vacation. Sea Dunes overlooks the world's most beautiful beach and offers free beach service from March through October. The condo is located just 3/4 of a mile from the bridge to the west and the pier and boardwalk to the east where you will find great restaurants and things for the kids and a nightlife for adults. Further to the east about 10 to 15 minutes you will come to the Destin bridge with Crab Island to the North and Emerald Grand and Destin Harbor to the south.
The condo has a communal pool and a hot tub. ( Pool not heated from November 10th-February)
The master suite has a Queen bed and an on-suite bath with a jacuzzi tub, stand-up shower, and a double vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a full bathroom, tub, and shower. Bedroom 3 has two double beds and a full bath with a tub and shower and an entrance from the bedroom and hall.
The living area offers a relaxing feel with newly updated furniture that overlooks the Gulf to enjoy the spectacular view. With freshly updated patio furniture you will enjoy watching the spectacular sunsets while enjoying a cold beverage.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you will need to cook and serve breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The host was amazing. The condo had great views. Easy access to the beach. Further down the beach so there is more privacy. Large TV in living room to watch sports/movie after a day at the beach. Newer appliances than in the pics. Great place to stay with family!

Beautiful condo on the corner of the 4th floor with lots of natural lighting. Easy access to the beach. Being able to see up and down the beach was very relaxing from the balcony. Ideal space for our family of 5!

Everything was amazing! We couldn’t find our parking pass and I called got a friendly quick response. The view, size of the rooms, great setup of the living room and just that amazing view from the balcony.

Great location and we had relaxing time. Great idea for make up towel. The girls liked it. Because both women were handicapped, it would have been nice to have grab bars in shower and by toilet. We were impressed by how clean it was.

This condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed. Perfect location right on the beach. The beach was not crowded sonce it is a low density complex. Very convenient to restaurants too.

The condo was very nice & the location was perfect. The views were wonderful, the pool was a favorite for our child & having the 3 full bathrooms was a definite plus. The condo doesn’t really have any starter items for the kitchen or bathrooms so be prepared to shop or bring more items

Great place

DeWanna is so easy to work with. We had terrible weather but fortunately a great place to stay. Perfect for 5 adults. Right on the beach, great wrap around deck, well stocked kitchen. The baths could use some updating. We come to FWB for President's weekend each year and this will be our new go to condo.

The property was very well maintained. The view was spectacular!! Easy access to beach! We enjoyed relaxing on the deck. The house was very clean and kitchen was well organized and functional. We enjoyed gathering for breakfast but also had our space. We will be using your rentals again in the future.

Fantastic Beach View Condo

This unit is as advertised. We absolutely loved the incredible beach views and the sound of the waves every day. The condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Everything worked as it should and we felt very much at home during our four week stay. The property manager was great about responding to questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying here again if our travels bring us back to the Okaloosa Island area.

Wonderful beach view

From stepping foot into the condo it was clean and the view was amazing! Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. Kitchen is well equipped. Parking and access to beach, pool and hot tub was also a plus. Only thing that would be nice is if there were card games/ puzzles. We bought sand toys and body boards and left them in the condo- hopefully they will stay in the unit so other families can enjoy! We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back.

Daughters wedding

Amazing view! We enjoyed the balcony almost every morning and night. Comfortable stay, however they clearly don’t listen to suggestions by guests. For the past few years guest have complained about lack of simple things like salt & pepper or hangers in the closets. I bought both for less than 5 and hope they both stay. The bathroom in hallway, the change over from bath to shower plunger doesn’t work. Had to push up from bottom to take shower. The shower head in master need immediate update, so old and the pressure while great should be where you can adjust it. My guests complained that the front bedroom blinds do not close properly and too much light gets in at night. While we had a wonderful stay for daughter’s wedding it was definitely overpriced.
