Excellent appartement dans l'un des meilleurs quartiers de Séville dans le quartier populaire de Triana. Vous pouvez visiter à pied tous les monuments historiques, tels que la cathédrale, le Royal Alcazares ou la Plaza de España.
L'appartement se compose de 3 chambres, d'un salon / salle à manger, d'une cuisine et de 2 salles de bains. La chambre principale a la salle de bain intégrée.
Le salon est confortable et moderne, il y a un canapé confortable où vous pouvez regarder la télévision ou vous connecter au Wi-Fi !! C'est simplement un endroit pour se détendre. Il a beaucoup de lumière naturelle en ayant deux grands balcons. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour qu'ils puissent préparer des repas, dispose d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un micro-ondes, d'un lave-linge, d'un sèche-linge, etc.
-La chambre principale a un lit double confortable et spacieux. La chambre a suffisamment de placards pour ranger tous vos effets personnels.
-La deuxième chambre a un lit double. et la troisième chambre a un lit gigogne qui se transforme en lit double

Bonne maison, propre, équipée. Propriétaire accueillant, francophone, commerce à proximité. Hic: pas de parking pour les locataires ! Insonorisation de la maison! Voisins et rue bruyant !

Absolutely perfect location!!

This apartment is in Triana in Sevilla, which is truly the best place in the whole city to be! There are so many places to explore in the area and we were most excited to be within a block of so many ceramic stores! Nacho was great in helping us find the apartment, as well as parking. He even helped us get all our luggage into the apartment!! He gave us a lot of good information and actually came back when we were leaving Sevilla and helped us get packed up! The biggest concerns we had with the apartment were the smell in the guest bathroom and the noise outside on a Saturday night!! I would definitely rent this apartment again the next time I travel to Sevilla!

Lovely Stay in Seville

The apartment was exactly as I had expected. Cute place that was ever central to everything. Our host was there to meet us and answered all of our questions. There is a bar on the same street which provided a lot of noise for the person who was using the front bedroom but otherwise the place was perfect.

Nice but noisy

The apartment was nice, and nacho was a great host. It has ready condiments and was fully furnished. However it it a block and a half from where the taxied have to stop and it it right zcross the street from a noisy restaurant.

Great location.

Nacho was a great host with efficient check in. We loved the location. You can easily walk over the bridge and to the main attractions. One of our group is less mobile so we used taxis. There is a taxi stop two blocks from the apartment right next to the Puente Isabel II. Taxis ran from 4-6 euro. The apartment is a little tight but worked fine for two adult couples and two kids. Lots of restaurants nearby with nice strolling at night. Quite a bit of noise over Saturday night from a club but that is expected if in a good central location with lots of activity.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location!

We were two couples biking in Southern Spain and spent 3 days in Seville. Nacho greeted us at the appointed time and showed us everything in the apartment. The apartment has everything you could want for several days. The beds were super comfortable, the washing machine and dryer came in handy, and we really appreciated the spices and extras in the kitchen. The location of the apartment is excellent and within walking distance of many tapas restaurants, tourist sites, shopping and grocery stores and shops with fresh croissants!!! Nacho went out of his way in pointing out the best places to see and even arranged a taxi to bring us to the train station upon our departure. Thank you Nacho!!! We would highly recommend staying at the apartment and would rent again if we should ever be in Seville again.

Great location!

We are frequent travelers to Seville and the location of this apartment was perfect. We have stayed at many homeaway and vrbo properties previously and this was the first property that supplied enough soap, toiletries, paper towels, etc. and we did not have to purchase these items. This made it very convenient for us. On the flip side, the apartment was smaller than we expected. We had six in our traveling party and we felt very tight in this apartment. I would recommend this apartment but not for six people. It is perfect for four or less travelers. One last comment is that the apartment had a lot of unnecessary decorations and furniture that are not necessary for a short term rental. We felt like the owner wanted the apartment to feel like a home, but the decorations and extra furniture were too much and that caused the apartment to feel smaller than it actually was.

Splendid location - caring host

We found this property ideally located close by a bridge to the old city, within easy walking distance to the Alcazar and the cathedral. We loved the ambience of the old gypsy quarter where the apartment is located - lots of history and wonderful architecture. Our host provided great recommendations for a local restaurant and for another near the cathedral. We were five adults travelling together, which would be about the limit for the apartment. It would be ideal for two couples or a family with children.

Perfect location!

This apartment is well appointed with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This apartment has wonderful air conditioning (very needed) and a washer/dryer. The owners are gracious and helpful. They have travel magazines at the apartment as well. There were some language barriers as the owners do not speak English fluently and I did not speak Spanish fluently. Luckily we had a friend who helped us with translating. One of the showers is pretty small as is the kitchen and living room, but definitely workable. The apartment is located in Triana, a cultural center of Seville. It is very all of the tourist activities such as the cathedral and palace (15 min walk). The boat tours are across the bridge as are the hop on/hop off tours. There is a market next to the bridge too. We were completely happy with the rental and would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely Wonderful

This apartment was even more beautiful than expected. Lovingly furnished with attention to details throughout. The location is perfect; only a 1 minute walk from the Triana Bridge which takes you directly to the centre of Seville. Nacho and Rosa were exceptionally helpful and provided us with maps and tips to make our visit as enjoyable as possible. We definitely recommend this quality apartment!
