We always stay in one of the vista cat units when we do tradeshows at the convention center. This was the best yet for the regular reasons but also lots of good quality towels, more than adequate supplies and the various item you donât want to have to buy every time.
We chose this resort over hotel stay for a business conference and saved $$$ while still providing privacy for travelers. Very close to everything but gives you the peace and quiet like being at home.

Lacking some of the basics.
This is a nice complex, but this particular condo was lacking some basic things that would have made for a nicer stay. There were no blankets on the beds or anywhere in the unit. Beds had sheets and a light bed spread. Since the unit is three levels, some rooms were colder than others and it was difficult to keep everyone at the right temperature. My mother was freezing and resorted to putting towels on top of the bed. I texted the owner to ask for blankets to be delivered and he declined with a ,"We'll keep your comments in mind."
There were only two kitchen garbage bags, so you need to purchase a whole box if you need more. There was no silverware rack in the dishwasher and no second rack in the oven (we wanted to bake two pizzas at once but couldn't - also no pizza cutter.) Many light bulbs were out. The kitchen cabinets stick shut and were difficult to open. The master bath has a cloth shower curtain (no plastic liner) which gave the bathroom a sour smell. I took it down and washed it the first night. The dresser in the master bedroom is sagging in the center. The beds are ok but living room tables and dressers are cheap assemble yourself style (but not as nice as Ikea.)
Finally, there was a cockroach in my mother's room. I texted the owner asking if they could come and spray, but he said they did it the day before we arrived. (I'm doubtful of this given the overall lack of attention to detail in the unit.)
I chose this unit because if was a couple hundred dollars less expensive than similar 3-bredroom units at Vista Cay. In hind sight you get what you pay for and I wish we had selected a different unit.
This was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was close to the OCCC and had a bath in each bedroom. The carpet had been replaced, earlier reviews said it was worn. Overall it was a nice condo. It could use a little TLC, some minor broken items and very limited supplies in the kitchen, but it suited our needs.
Location was wonderful. Gated community with security was a plus. Beds were comfortable. Showers were warm. Kitchen has basic supplies. No filters for the coffee maker provided. Would recommend a metal washable filter as we had to make an additional trip just for filters.
As mentioned by others, the carpets are worn. The blinds in the kitchen almost fell on my head while simply trying to open to allow in some sun.
The property did meet our needs to attend a three day conference. The living room allowed us a place to meet and discuss.
