We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.



PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $50 pet fee per pet with a maximum of 2 pets. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

We had a wonderful stay!! Would've loved for the fireplace to be working but everything besides that was great! Would definitely go back and recommend to others.
We brought our own dog bed, but she liked theirs better lol

Beds were comfortable, place was very clean. The stairs were a bit surprising but after a day or so, we got used to the layout. It’s literally steps from the beach and that was wonderful. Bakery across the street was yummy! No issues, it had everything we needed!

Nice place! Very tidy and clean, with lots of space and everything we needed. There are great views from the balconies and the beach is steps away. Local shopping and dining is only a 1 or 2 minute walk. We will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay

Our stay was nice and we would stay again. Comfy beds and furniture. Having blackout curtains in each bedroom was great. The sink in the kitchen is a little tricky and hard to turn off, but we managed alright. There was an issue with the door that lead into the first bedroom from the garage, but it was quickly fixed when we informed the property management contact. Good location with partial views of the ocean. Close the beach entrance and local shops.

Property was wonderful! Just steps from the beach and beautiful views from the balcony. Everything was clean and there were plenty of supplies. The kitchen faucet does need to be replaced, but it didn’t stop us from cooking or using it. Also, there is not a grill, even though one picture looks like it’s there. That would be a great addition! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again! Management was very responsive with any requests.

Cozy, comfy, clean & great location!

Property was exactly as advertised, which isn’t always the case. Only hiccups were a faulty kitchen sink faucet (just need a screw tightened) and ice maker dispenser (still made ice but had to grab from freezer drawer and froze up). I would suggest a table and chairs on the upper deck so that folks can enjoy the ocean views and hang out with food and beverage.

We had a delightful few days in Rockaway Beach. The home was easy to get to, easy to get in, just steps away from sand. We loved to open the windows and hear the waves and enjoy the sea air. The master bed was so comfy and I slept so well. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. We did our shopping in Tillamook, just 20 minutes away. Kitchen was set up with all the equipment that we needed. Our only complaint is that most rentals we stay in have at least some spices/condiments available, but this one only had salt and pepper. I realize that is personal preference, but come prepared with seasonings.

Amazing property!

This townhome is conveniently located, offers ocean views from a few different areas of the home. They’ve thought of everything you could possibly need from beach towels/chairs/beach toys, games, binoculars, games, puzzles, children's toys, etc. The beds are comfortable, they have a lot of seating for enjoying meals, playing games, etc. You can enjoy the views from the upper and downstairs levels. It’s great that they’re pet friendly that they don’t have a weight limit for pets, they even had a dog bed and bowls. The ITrip management team was amazing and made checking/out process super easy and always available. We had an amazing time, I’m looking forward to coming back.

Nice Stay in Great Location

We were looking for a beachfront property for a family trip over a holiday weekend. This one did not disappoint. The view from the upstairs balcony of the twin rocks and beach was better than expected and it was an easy few steps to the beach for a walk in the sand. The little town of Rockaway was across the street with easy access to shops, restaurants and the little square where we saw the town tree lighting ceremony. Couple of things to note: this is a 3 story property. The ability to use stairs frequently is a must. If using the extra sleeping space on the bottom floor (we did), know that this is the only exit from the property. You will have to walk through the bedroom to leave the house or let an eager pup out in the morning. Because of the layout (I think?) the heat works extra well on the top floor but not on the second floor. This was fine for us because we sleep cold, but if you like a toasty room this may not be the option for you. Overall, we found the stay and the property worked well for our group of 4.

Poor quality and no customer support or service

The positive things about this property include a great location (steps away from the beach) and that the bathrooms and linens were clean.Other than that, it was a huge disappointment. Upon our arrival the lowest level smelled of smoke. The dining room chair had a garbage bag of trash hanging off of the back of it and cleaner and a cleaning pad were left on the kitchen counter. The chairs at the counter and the dining room table are with fabric material and need serious cleaning. One dining room chair was put off to the side, whereas the others were all at the table. That chair was broken in multiple places. We had a party of 6 and couldn't use all of the chairs at the table. The kitchen faucet is very broken at the handle and was a trick to be able to be certain to shut off. There was a BBQ in the photos, but we couldn't use it because it did not exist. The bathtub in the main bathroom does not drain and water was quickly ankle deep. We were not able to use that shower during our stay. All 6 of us used the secondary shower and tub. We had to search the entire house for a blow dryer. This was disappointing as a party of 6, having 2 showers is what we expected.My party sought out this property after having stayed in a neighboring unit within the complex last summer. We did not get what we paid for, and I have requested compensation. It has been 7 days since our arrival and no response from the host iTrip Northwest or VRBO.
Trash bag with garbage in it on dining room chair, found upon our arrival. Gross.
Cleaning supplies left out.
This is one of the chairs, all were soiled.
The faucet is broken. I reread previous reviews and this was reported in May.

We enjoyed the stay and the location. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. There were a couple of issues with cleanliness and attention to those details like wet towels in the washer and no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. Prior to arrival, it was communicated to us that the fireplace was not operational due to propane issue. Upon arrival, heat for the unit was found to be inoperable. We were provided portable space heaters 24 hours later.
