Great location. It’s a very short walk to one of the best beaches on the Oregon coast. The house was very comfortable and clean. We liked being able to bring our dog. The kitchen was nice and be appliances modern and easy to use. Plenty of parking.

Great place with lots of space.

This place was great with lots of room! A great view to the ocean and lots of parking. They also have toys for the kids to play with which was great. One thing to take away if staying with small children. The bunk beds are on the lower level. So we decided to actually sleep on the bunks with them so they weren’t so far away or got scared.

We planned a trip with friends who grew up in area. Wanted to check out a new area for fishing. House was perfect and the view was really good. Will stay here again!

Great stay in Rockaway!

Loved this rental in Rockaway. It had everything needed for all 5 of us (adults) to have a comfortable stay. There are some rocks down to the beach so we took my mom (84) down to Oceanside and happy camp so that she had flatter easier access. We would definitely stay here again!

5 night stay

The location is great! The deck is large and has a nice view. The bathrooms and bedrooms are updated and nicely decorated. The living room needs some deep cleaning and declutterring. The sofa and carpet smell terrible. We had to put a blanket down to sit on the sofa.

Rockaway Rustic Rental

Loved the house. Cozy and well stocked kitchen. Property management not helpful with TV issue at all. They obviously only have records of the house but no experience with it. When I asked for help they told me the house only had one TV and I assured them it had two. Long story short, I figured it out myself. Other than that it was a sweet house and I would come again!!

For Rockaway beach area, a nice rental

Just a hundred yards or so to steps to the gorgeous, expansive beach. Comfortable deck with view of ocean and sunset. Comfy living room with large RV for movie watching. Somewhat dated but well appointed kitchen with every appliance we needed. Nice beds and linens. Good washer/dryer. Downside: for two adult couples, it was inconvenient to have only one bathroom on the main floor. The second bathroom was down the long, very steep set of stairs. Other note: the neighborhood is tired looking and adjacent to RR tracks. But from inside the house or in the beach that wasn’t noticeable. Overall a nice rental.

Great place for family

We stayed for T day week. Had a very relaxing time . House was clean and beds were comfy. Kitchen was adequately stocked with everything you need.. very enjoyable !

Great house for pets. Beautiful view. Beds comfortable. Not enough dish soap, dishwasher soap or toilet paper. Only half the barbeque worked and the propane tank ( both) were empty. Had to drive 20 minutes one way to fill it.

Wonderful home

This home worked perfectly for us. 3 adults, 2 teenage boys and 12 year old. Location was great - just a short walk to town and super close to beach access. We also lost power once and management was quick to look into it. It would be nice to have a key to access the house instead of a long combination. We would definitely stay again!

Family beach vacay

Great location, walking distance to beach and to town. Cute beach house! Disappointed that the refrigerator didn't work well. Problem handled professionally, but unfortunately we had to throw food away. There was a disconnect over the amenities listed and what was actually there.

Good location

The pelican house was very nice overall. The things that could have made it a great rating would be better beds in all bedrooms. A better lock system, we were locked out for over an hour. The check in, check out times were early and late. Other then those things, it’s a very nice place, great space for family and friends.

Host very responsive to questions. Upper deck has nice view of ocean and is large enough for people to spread out. Will recommend to family. Located in small town which made the whole visit even more relaxing. Ocean only steps away.
