Beach Bliss

This classic, romantic cottage steps from the beach has been thoughtfully and skillfully updated to make your Oregon Coast stay extra special. With all-new interior flooring, walls, and beautiful tongue-in-groove vaulted ceilings, this cottage is a splendid place for a relaxing time at the beach. You’ll enjoy a Smart TV and cozy electric fireplace in the living area, where serene blue walls, the pale wood ceiling, and a plush white sectional and ottoman make the perfect place to lounge. A new, all-white kitchenette is fully equipped for dining in at a sweet windowed nook. You’ll also have your own picnic table outside for sunny days. The king bed under a fresh vaulted ceiling will lift your spirits—it’s a refreshing place to awake to the sound of gulls and surf.

If you want to invite friends, three other cottages, Driftwood, King Tide, and Ocean Break, are available right next door—all with the same fantastic updates. Look up King Crab if you’d like to rent all four for a special reunion of friends and family. All are a very short stroll to miles of level sand at Rockaway Beach. Beachcomb to your heart’s content, try crabbing from the jetty, do some freshwater fishing on Lake Lytle, or just soak in the sun, wind and sky. A trip into town will reward you with whimsical shopping and delicious dining. The Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad travels along the coast from Rockaway Beach to Garibaldi with open-air cars drawn by a steam engine, a unique and delightful way to see this rugged stretch of coastline. Day trips to the North and Central Coast are easy from your cozy perch at Beach Bliss.

Clean and cozy. We really enjoyed are stay. The beach is so close we went multiple times a day. Only suggestion is couch is pretty worn out and the frig is small. Overall would book again.

Does not sleep four!

The sofa was not a sleeper/pull-out sofa.It fit one adult and was extremely uncomfortable.Super close to the beach but also close to the highway.

We loved it!

We loved staying here. Everything is tastefully decorated and has a classic feel with a modern flare. The bed was SO comfortable, and our kids thought sleeping on a couch was fun. My wife who is a designer just gushed about how cute it was, and it truly was an amazing stay.

Beach Bliss Cottage

Loved the cabin, it was clean, and very comfortable. We'd certainly come back and next time would stay longer. It'd be wonderful if there was a shoe tray for sandy shoes that was outside to prevent inevitably bringing sand inside the door or a hose or tap to wash off before going inside. The beach is beautiful and well worth visiting and strolling on or playing fetch with your dog.

Perfect for Two

The beach townhouse was very clean, comfortable and had all the kitchenware needed for a home away from home. The only drawback was no condiments. Be sure to pack your salt and pepper for the stay. The townhouse was tiny but perfect accommodations for two with a king size comfortable bed. The beach was close enough to walk to.

Such a cute little cottage! My fiance and I had our first vacation in years and we pick the right piece of heaven to spend it in. The whole experience from start to finish was smooth! The property management company was quick to response to questions and request. We asked for an early check in and they were able to accommodate with a small fee (well worth the extra hours we were able to spend at the beach)! The only complaint we had was the water pressure and the inconsistent temperature of the shower. Recommendations: There is a BBQ to use, however, there are not BBQ tools (tongs/meat forks) so bring your own if you would like to BBQ. There is a small store near by as well as a Dollar General to pick up any essential left behind. There is a mini fridge not a full size fridge so plan accordingly. We found the only thing we were missing were ziploc bags and foil which we were able to grab at the Dollar General. The beach was amazing. The property is at a slight cliff, so there is a short hill (very sandy). We had a fire on the beach and were able to grab stacks of wood at one of the many local roadside stops for 5-7 (these are honorary, so bring some 1's with you). EVERY person we encountered were incredibly friendly. We will DEFINALTY be coming back and referring to others.

Perfect for two

This place is very clean, cute, and well stocked with kitchenware. We loved that it is so close to the beach. The smart tv allowed us to sign in and watch movies. The kitchen had dishes and cookware. The fidge is a mini fridge so we had to play a little tetris but worked great. Nice little light fireplace/ heater. It was perfect for my husband and I.

Easy Walk to the Beach

Two adults fit perfectly into this space. The king bed was comfortable and the place was clean and bright. Parking was easy and with just a half block walk to the beach, we were able to take our chairs to sit and enjoy the view. There are no closets to hang items so we utilized the front alcove for our bags. The property shares a wall with another. No one rented the space behind us until our last night. Their dogs did bark in the middle of the night. And we could hear voices through the walls. This was the only strike in what was a great four night stay.

True Grit

Good location just a few steps off the beach. Wish we would have had a way to rinse off after hanging out in the sand for the day. We had our golden retriever with us and even though the listing said dogs welcome it was not great for her. There was gravel and no grass that was not fried (probably due to having no outside water source) the cottage is nicely redone but very tiny. Says it will sleep 4 but that seems unrealistic.

Not worth the price

Getting charged over $200 for cleaning and you have to clean the place yourself that is not acceptable. Coffee pot broken and no Coffee supplied. And many more disappointments. Just not worth the price

Wonderful cottage

This adorable cottage was just perfect for us. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. I don’t know when it was renovated, but everything felt brand new. We did ding our shins and toes on the bed frame, so maybe some foam tubular covering on the legs would help. Only thing in the kitchen that we couldn’t find was an ice cream scoop for our Tillamook ice cream purchase. But a large spoon worked fine. So honestly, if those were the only drawbacks that came to mind, I’d say this place was the best rental we’ve ever stayed at. We celebrated our 25th anniversary here, returning to the coast for the first time since our honeymoon. This little cottage felt like the perfect cozy romantic spot I had hoped it would be!
