The view was absolutely amazing! The penthouse was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend stay. Conveniently located near markets and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic stay. The view of the ocean waves was wonderful. The beach was close and easy to access. Plenty of places to walk my dog. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Elevator made for easy access. Would definitely love to stay again.

The balcony turned out to be minuscule, and literally none of the blinds worked correctly which greatly inhibited the view.The Master and second Bedroom had no windows, whatsoever, other than ones with an awesome view of the common hallway.This unit says it's air conditioned, but the only one was a portable unit hooked to a window, in the common area, which provided zero circulation to the two bedrooms.Not an enjoyable stay, at all!

The condo was cozy, welcoming, clean, and very well-maintained. The kitchen was well supplied, the beds were comfortable, and the view was spectacular! Great location in Rockaway. Close to the beach and town. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaints we have are the bedrooms are really warm. Fans were provided and there is an air conditioner unit in the front room but the bedrooms didn’t get much cooling from it. The dining chairs were a little unstable and uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a great time.

Our family of 4, two adults and two teenagers were very comfortable staying for two nights at this property. We especially appreciated the balcony and living room views (amazing) and the washing machine. I also loved the easy walking distance to local restaurants. Our only complaint would be that even with fans, the bedrooms were very warm at night. Overall we would highly recommend the property.

This condo was absolutely amazing!!!! We have stayed at quite a few rentals along the Oregon Coast and this condo was indeed the "best of the best" The condo was well stocked for our time there. Everything associated with the condo worked well and we felt very comfortable and secure throughout our stay. We appreciated the opportunity to have available parking in the garage rather than along the street. Best of all of of course was the magnificent view of the ocean as well as the access to the beach front. We appreciated how quiet the building was as well how respectful the other occupants of the building were. The town of Rockaway beach was also amazing with many areas toi explore. Overall we had an amazingly awesome trip. We strongly believe that we have found our "go to" place whenever we make plans for a vacation to the Oregon Beaches. We have already made a reservation for the same rental in October.
