Sea Anchorage is located on a quiet cul-de-sac is in a handy location to all Mangawhai has to offer. Only a short drive to the surf beach or a 15-20 minute walk(or 5 minute drive) to the estuary, perfect for the whole family and your friends.
This modern well-equipped home is an entertainer's delight with great indoor/outdoor flow including the well-designed 'breeze way'. Bi-fold doors open to a large deck where you can enjoy all day sun. An ideal place to crank up the BBQ, grab a cold drink and chill out with friends after a day at the beach or estuary or enjoying one of the many activities Mangawhai has to offer.
There is also plenty of parking for the vehicles and boat and the boat ramp is only a 5 minute drive away.

Great location and views
We had a fantastic time here. Plenty of space for a family of 4, views fantastic, outdoor spa tub perfect. Love that you can walk to dinner if you want to. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

Cute as advertised!
We enjoyed our stay @ Cute on Cullen - the house is exactly as advertised and was comfortable and convenient. We would recommend this property to fellow travelers with and without kids!

Loved the spa!
Great place to stay, the spa was a bonus as was the views. Loved the games and puzzles. Unfortunately it said Netflix account included but halfway through our stay it was stopped. Suggest the description gets updated to say all apps need your own login.

Perfect batch for our family weekend away. The property was very clean and tidy, has a well equipped kitchen, great layout with the rumpus room and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful views. We loved the hot tub to soak in after our day of surfing. Booking was easy with prompt replies to my questions. Would definitely stay again.
