The space
Open plan living with modern fully equipped kitchen, comfy leather sofas, large Smart TV, wood burner, 8 seater dining table, audio speaker, 2 large decks leading to outdoor lounge suite, BBQ, small outdoor table & 4 chairs and extensive lawns. Downstairs toilet, laundry with dryer & washing machine, iron, stick vacuum cleaner etc.

Upstairs
Master bedroom: A large bedroom with Super king bed (natural wool/latex mattress) all linen & towels supplied.
Generous en-suite with walk-in shower.
2 decks off the bedroom, one large deck overlooking the estuary with sun lounger and a Juliette balcony on the other side.
Walk-in wardrobe (one half for guest, the other half is for our use only).
Electric blankets and wall panel heater.

Bedroom 2:
2 single beds with natural latex/wool mattresses or push together for a queen bed. Wardrobe with hangers.

Large shared bathroom with shower and bath, heated towel rail and great views.
Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house apart from storage cupboards, hlaf the walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom and no access to the studio room unless previously agreed.

Please note we have a dog and a cat so if you are susceptible to allergies this is probably not the best option for you.
