All Decked Out is a spacious modern home with multiple living/entertaining areas both inside and out and there is also now a small sleepout at the back of the section with two single beds in it. The modern kitching/dining living flows out onto decks front and back, with the back covered deck including an open fireplace and plastic blinds for a cozy spot on cooler evenings. There is also a second living space which opens out onto a third deck. For your coffee fix just bring your own pods for the Nespresso machine.
The property is well positioned for the sun and is fully fenced, perfect for the kids to run around on and even better is pet friendly. NB: Pets are permitted outside only and not on the outdoor furniture. The outdoor deck with kennel is a cozy spot for pets.
Quail Way is a quiet cul de sac, set back from the hustle bustle of Mangawhai Heads but only a 10-20 minute walk to the estuary, golf course, Mangawhai Activity Zone for the kids, bush walks and the Heads shopping complex with various shops , cafes and takeaways.

Fabulous break in Mangawhai
This property is fantastic, great for families and large groups of people because there is so much space. Great for pets as the property is fully fenced too. Very close distance to the beach too. Lovely property manager!

Stay was very relaxing weather wasn’t very cooperative wet and windy which didn’t leave much else to do but Bach was great with suppling Jigsaws and games. All in all a chillaxing time

Nice house in a good location
We enjoyed our stay in this nice place. Location was good and access to local facilities was good. Enclosed section so good for kids, and small dogs (Pet friendly).

A great family holiday home - plenty of space internally if the weather is not so good. two good bathrooms and a large kitchen. House was nice and warm as we went in winter

Easy stay
All good. No dishcloth which was delivered when we asked. Towel rails and heating in bathrooms not working which didn’t really matter but it is the middle of winter! Apart from those small things we had a great stay and would return happily.

Perfect R & R Get Away
This properly is set up for families, with a well stocked games cupboard, dartboard and football table, we all enjoyed some healthy competition.
The kitchen is fantastic and easy to use with little extras thought out, making being away so easy.
The outside fire is such a draw card.
We will definitely be back.
