Stunning views await you from the living areas and sunny deck of this traditional kiwi bach which has been tastefully modernised to give it a modern feel. There are 2 separate self contained units on two separate levels meeting the holiday needs for the extended family or use only upstairs for a smaller family. Each level has extensive views of the estuary, dunes beyond.
The upper level has open plan living, dining full kitchen as well as a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are decks both front rear with the front deck having spectacular views and the rear deck BBQ outdoor eating facilities.
The lower level includes another lounge, bedroom, second shower toilet with limited cooking facilities and a washing machine/dryer. There are additional double over-nighters for extra beds in the lounge on each level.
A short level walk to the surf beach avoids any parking issues during busy periods. While for the more active its an easy stroll through the camping areas along the estuary to the shops.
Please note that the property has a Sky starter Package but we are happy to add Sky Sport on for you for the duration of your stay. Please let us know in advance and we will arrange this for you so it is ready on arrival. If you would like to bring your pet, please check with us first.
There is also now a Nespresso machine, BYO pods

The property was well appointed with its secluded location. Having the mangroves just on the lawns edge was fantastic especially the walk and access to the kayaks. We will be back.

What a beautiful location, amazing views even in the rain!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was super nice to be-able to bring our elderly dog along with us. The house was very clean and well appointed, would highly recommend!!

Everything was fantastic! We loved our time there. It has everything you would need. The washing machine could do with a clean as we could not use it. But everything else was amazing

Fantastic view
Me my wife and a little dog enjoyed our 10 days stay the view is amazing plenty of grass for your dog and the mangrove trail loop walked it everyday we highly recommend it everyday highly recommend

Perfect Beach Bach
We had such a relaxing stay at this Bach, even during winter it was cosy and warm and lovely to look out over the estuary. Conveniently positioned we all had a lovely stay.

Great location
Convenient, relaxed position. Supermarket across road but you would never know it being positioned behind a large shelter belt. The outlook was nice and would stay again

Fun family break
Great holiday home with all the required amenities. Our kids really enjoyed being able to explore the estuary and having the skate park so close by. Lovely deck overlooking the estuary for evening drinks/dinner.

Great spot!
Lovely place to stay. Clean and tidy, really big lawn- great for outdoor games! The walk out the back of the house was really cool. Deck on both sides of the house for shade and sunshine. Both families really enjoyed staying here.

Easy care house overlooking inlet
Another very pleasant stay in this light and simple house with beautiful garden and views of the inlet.
Addition of Wifi would make for a perfect stay!

Relaxing Weekend away
Was a nice spot for a relaxing weekend. Kids loved the DVD collection which was great due to the weather not being the best. Even though the weather wasn't great, was still a lovely weekend away.

Nice getaway
Very comfortable accommodation in a quiet, private location, perfect for a few days away. Warm and cozy even in the cooler weather. Good location for seeing the area. Dog friendly which was great (although not fully fenced). Would stay again!!

Was a lovely property in a great location. Only hassle was finding it, the instructions were not clear as it is down a private driveway that google maps got confused about.

Great for winter and summer
We stayed for a few nights in winter. Easy access to walkway. Great house with good privacy and space. Super handy being close to the supermarket and quick drive to places we wanted to visit. Recommend it.
