Guest Access:
- Please check with the concierge to arrange check in time. Depending on check in time keys will be provided by your concierge or by the on-site housekeeper. - Standard Check-in is at 15:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am - Early Check-in/Late Check-out can be provided upon request and will be granted based on availability - Return keys to the on-site housekeeper at the time of check-out - failure to do so will result in a key replacement charge of USD 30 - For the entrance to the building, there is an additional fee of $15.000 COP per person.

Getting Around:
The pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 AM to 8 PM.
On Mondays the pool is under maintenance.
The Turkish bath is also open until 8 PM and the use per person is 1 hour.

Guest Registration: Only persons who have sent their complete information to HUESPEDIA's reservations team prior to their arrival are allowed to enter the property. Visitor Prohibition: No unregistered visitors are allowed during your stay.
