Itâs one block from Brisbaneâs âGolden Triangleâ business district, as well as close to all of Brisbaneâs best bars & restaurants.

Perfect for business - or fun - in the centre of Brisbaneâs business district and also close to restaurants, shops & cinemas. Or donât go out: stay in and chill. TVâs in both lounge and bedroom, and free WiFi in the apartment. This apartment has the largest 1-bedroom floor plan in the building, with

The Neighborhood:
Perfectly located in the City Centre, walking distance to Brisbaneâs best restaurants, two supermarkets, Queen Street Mall, Botanic Gardens, QUT, Cinemas. Howard Smith Wharf restaurants and The Qld Performing Arts Centre are 15 minutes' walk away, with St Vincentâs Private Hospital and the Qld Childrenâs Hospital a 25 min. walk from the apartment.
Getting Around:
There is plenty of free visitor parking in Charlotte Street. Alternatively, there are bus stops in Charlotte Street a few steps from the apartment. Brisbaneâs Central train station is only 12 minutesâ walk away.
Other Things to Note:
* The building does not allow excessive noise, thus we may have to evict guests if these terms are breached. In this case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
