Overpriced with Daily WiFi Crashes and Ant Infestations
Quick summary, positives and negatives:(+) Beautiful patio and outdoor garden space(+) Good supply of dishes, cups, and silverware(+) Conference room and other amenities on property(-) Major WiFi reliability issues - complete disconnections multiple times daily requiring router resets(-) Significant ant problem throughout unit including in beds (guests were bitten)(-) Access code didn't work at check-in, requiring troubleshooting(-) Only one key card provided for building access(-) Harsh white LED lighting throughout(-) No door on master bedroom bathroom(-) Bright exterior light shines directly into master bedroom through non-blackout blinds(-) Kitchen poorly equipped (except for dishes/silverware)(-) Floor lamp in bedroom non-functional(-) Owner dismissive of WiFi issues, suggested using personal hotspot instead(-) Demanding checkout process (10am, strip beds, run dishwasher, remove all trash) despite multiple issues(-) Sketchy location with unsafe parking suggestion under a bridge during checkin(-) High price point not justified given the problems**Overall:** While the outdoor space was lovely and the owner initially responsive, persistent technology issues, pest problems, and poor customer service when addressing concerns made this an overpriced and frustrating stay.
