About the home
âBridge Viewâ is a delightful modern double-storey family home in San Remo just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafĂ©s of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The downstairs Living Room (with 50" TV) opens to the central hallway which provides access to Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 & 5 (each with BIR), a Bathroom (with bath & shower), a Toilet and the fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer). There is internal access from the Garage to the entrance hallway.
Upstairs is the enormous open plan Kitchen (with WIP), Dining & Living Room (with 55" smart TV & Wii) which flows out to the front Verandah. Also on this level is Bedroom 1 which has a WIR and ensuite (with huge walk in shower, double vanity & toilet), a separate Powder Room and a Retreat (with 50" smart TV) which is a third Living Area.
Outdoor Areas
The huge front covered Verandah (with gas BBQ, coffe table and table & chairs for 6) has delightful bridge and water views. The fully enclosed block is perfect for children and features an outdoor hot/cold water shower. The rear yard also has a gate and is enclosed. The double Garage provides space for 2 cars with space for another 1-2 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in front of the Garage.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, 900mm electric oven and 900mm 5-burner gas cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is ducted heating throughout the upstairs, plus 5 wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioners downstairs; one in each of Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 & 5 plus the downstairs Living Room, ceiling fans in all 5 bedrooms and 3 Living Rooms, and a fireplace in the upstairs main Living Room (some wood provided to get you started).
Bedding Configuration
This home has 7 beds, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 13 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Two Single beds & one Single Trundle bed
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
There is also a Double sofa bed in the downstairs living room suitable for 2 adults or children.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
