Notre penthouse en bord de mer a une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Il peut accueillir 8 avec 1 lit queen, 2 lits doubles et 1 canapé-lit queen. Il est à seulement quelques minutes de certaines des attractions les plus chaudes le long du Grand Strand, y compris Broadway at the Beach (1. 6 miles pour être Uber), Family Kingdom, Market Common et l'aéroport international de Myrtle Beach. Il est à distance de marche de la roue du ciel, de la promenade, des magasins, des restaurants et des bars. Oh oui, et très proche à pied de Starbucks.

The view was absolutely gorgeous. The unit was just as described. I only had a few questions before our trip and Matt was very responsive. We were close to the Boardwalk, shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying there.

FAMILY VACATION

We were in love with the view this condo offered, it was very close to EVERYTHING! It was a 5 minute drive to Broadway at the beach, about 7 minutes to Walmart, 2 minutes from Sugar Life, it was just a perfect location! There was plenty of space for all of us and we really enjoyed eating meals in front of the large windows where we had a perfect view of the ocean. We really loved looking for shark teeth on the neck at night. Check in was a breeze and Matt got back to us quickly any time we text him! We will be back!!

Stunning beach view and convenient location!

We try to make it to the beach at least once a year; Ohio living doesn't provide much opportunity for an ocean side getaway. Unfortunately, due to hurricane Irma our original vacation to North Carolina was cancelled last minute; literally one day before we were to leave. After almost a year of planning that vacation, we were still determined to make it to the beach! We watched each move Irma made, and as soon as we knew that it was safe to proceed, we frantically began searching for a place to go (already three days into our vaca time). After searching almost an entire day for the "right price/right location" I came across the listing for the Myrtle Beach Penthouse. I reached out to the owner with my fingers crossed that he would see our request at almost 10pm, and also that he would accept our offer so we could leave ASAP! Within minutes I was speaking to Matt, confirming our vacation and exchanging information. After 11 hrs of travel (with a 3 yr old and Irma) we wouldn't get into Myrtle until 2am the following day; thank goodness for key coded entry! The unit is a 13th floor penthouse that only has one other unit on it; we never heard our neighbors. The size of the unit was perfect for our group (five including one child). Having two full bathrooms was a plus! The beds and furniture were comfortable. Getting in so late, we had no idea of the view until the next morning. The beach view from the condo and balcony were absolutely stunning! We spent each morning drinking coffee on that balcony soaking up the view (we were lucky enough to see dolphins). The beach was literally steps away, and the on-site pool provided a fabulous way to cool down from the hot sun! My son LOVED the lazy river and 1ft deep "childrens" pool (located at building next door). The location is very convenient! Everything we needed; grocery store, bar/restaurants, shopping, boardwalk, pier, etc., was only a short walk away. With the exception of traveling to Kings Grille to watch our Tribe win 22 or to put-put at Mt. Atlanticus, we hardly moved our cars! The staff were friendly and Matt was always a text away. Not many downfalls to this place, really. Condo was clean. Decor is simple but modern, and kitchen was stocked with most of what we needed; we cooked breakfast and lunch every day. Hey Matt, a wine opener maybe? I can certainly say that after our brief five-night stay (we could have easily stayed another day or two), we are certainly looking forward to returning!

Great Condo!

The condo was very clean and a great size for our family of 5 adults. Check in was easy and the parking was convenient. No laundry on site. Everything we needed for cooking was available to us. I would recommend this condo!

Nice View Good Location

The place is exactly as it is in the pictures. Beautiful view. We walked to almost everywhere we wanted to go. I would stay here again. Could use a little updating but it is still nice.

Condo Needed some TLC. Wardrobe amours foul smelling. Coffee maker dirty, with old moldy grinds.

Loved the view. Area was enjoyable and lively. Elevator situation very inconvenient being in very top floor with no one to even control kids pulling fire alarm buttons. Rescue and EMT people there 4 out of 7 days because of that. Being a first timer to condo booking, we may stick to all inclusive resorts.

Awesome view! Great location!

Overall we loved the condo. Gorgeous view right on the ocean! The only issue(s) we had were with the registration desk at the South Tower (condo is in the North Tower). They originally told us they did not have the room/penthouse key for us. We also had to go back three times because the key cards for the entrance door to the North Tower would not work. On the third trip back there, we finally got it straightened out about our room key. They don't refer to it as Penthouse 1, they refer to it as Room 1301. They also had issues with the entrance door to the North Tower not working for any of the access keys (all occupants) and had to tape it open so the building wasn't actually secure but that did not matter. On our second day there, they gave keys to our room to the renters for Penthouse 2 so we had strangers walk in on us. They were embarrassed and apologetic (the renters). Because they issued them room keys for our room, we found out later that evening that our keys no longer worked because they were cancelled out. These issues were frustrating and should have been avoided. Seemed like a lot of confusion at the registration desk.

Lovely Views

We Had Such A Great Time, the Rooms Were spacious & very Clean. This Condo has such a beautiful view of the beach and Ocean, Watching the sunrise was amazing!! The Kitchen was Fully equipped so it was very easy to prep breakfast for the kids before heading out for a little fun! The location is Great on the North Myrtle beach side & there is so much within a Walking Distance. A quick Starbucks morning walk was perfect & just a 5min walk away, Although we did end up Driving to the SkyWheel and arcades because it was a bit chilly out for the kids the next time we will come back during the warm spring or summer weather & walk instead. Erin & Mathew Were very accommodating & Quick To reply on all our questions, & Even recommended some Good Spots For Dinner with the Kids near Broadway at the Beach, which was also less than a 10 minute drive. I will definetly be coming back & Just wanted to Thank Mathew and Erin for Making our Short weekend getaway a perfect stay :)
