- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental
- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests
- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments
- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.
For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

Myrtle Beach April 25

Pros: House layout & location were great for our family of 10 ( 6 Adults 4 Children) Ease of checking in at Itrip office. Ping pong table in the garage was a big hit with the kids. Cons: At the time of arrival we found the kitchen very dirty - countertops were poorly cleaned, used coffee grounds in the coffee pot, inside and outside of the garbage bin was sticky . We had to pretty much clean/wipe down the majority of the kitchen. Screen porch was also not wiped down or swept out. As indicted in the description - the kitchen was supplied with basic items some that should probably be looked over for replacing ( ie. fry pans, coffee pot )

5 Stars – Perfect Spring Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing spring break trip and this house was the perfect home base! It was spotless when we arrived, with a clean and comfortable layout that worked great for our group. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and super close to shops, restaurants, and all the fun Myrtle Beach has to offer. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and well-kept place to stay!

498 Banyan

The week started off with a seamless check in. On arrival at the house the kids (six kids in their 20s) gave it their stamp of approval. Not an easy feat. There were 8 of us and we had lots of room. The ping pong table in the garage, along with another fridge was also a hit. This place is in the middle of everything, whether it is shopping, dining out or the Ocean, all are in walking distance. With the accommodation comes access to North Beach Plantation Resort. This was used almost every day, for the hot tub, lazy river or just easy access to the beach. Almost forgot to add the area is monitored 24 hours. We are already planning for next year. Highly recommend.

New Year's Family Trip

Beautiful house and resort. Location is fantastic. Easy walk to the beach and resort amenities (spa, health club, hot tub, heated pool, beach, etc.). However, the kitchen is empty of basic cooking staples (salt, pepper, condiments, etc.) so just plan on having to stock the kitchen upon arriving.

Enjoyed Our Trip But Intial Communication Was Stressful

We enjoyed our trip to Banyan Place. The house was large enough to accomodate our group and had the basic things we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was the communication before we took our trip. Our plans changed and I was trying to get in touch with someone about adding an extra day. I called the office and was told to send an email and they would get back to me within 24 hours. So I sent an email that afternoon and two days later I had not received a response, which concerned me because our trip was the following week. I found a number to text and this was the response I received, "Yes, you continue to email, emails are answered in the order they are received. Everytime you email, you move your email to the back of the inbox. They will get to you, but you keep pushing yourself to the back of the line. Just be patient, they will get to your email." I had only sent two emails, one about the intial change then a follow up 24 hours later when I had not heard from anyone. I understand people need time, but we were traveling with a group of 10 and I was just trying to make sure we were going to have a place to stay when we arrived.

Family Weekend

We had a great time staying at this property. Beautiful home and neighborhood. Access to the resort pool and fitness center was a plus. The property was clean, the pool was very nice, most everything you need to have an enjoyable stay.

Faulty appliances and bugs

This is a beautiful home, with a terrific layout. However, the ice machine, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine were all inoperable from the first day. The last two days, the upstairs a/c stopped working and reached 85 degrees. There were also dozens of roaches and palmetto bugs in all bathrooms and a couple of the beds. Highly disappointing for the cost.

Nice house great resort

We really enjoyed our stay at North Beach Plantation. 498 Banyan is a spacious home with plenty of room for 8 people but could sleep a few more. There is a nice pool and screened in porch. Overall the kitchen is well stocked but could use a larger coffee maker and some updated baking sheets and pans. The air conditioner worked really well in 100 degree temperatures too. Overall a good stay and would consider this home and itrip again if we should be in the area.

Excellent location. Everything went better than expected. Close walk to beach and resort pool. As a contractor I can say the house was well built and maintained. Didn't need anything out of the ordinary. Would stay again.

Jones Family Girls Trip

The property was EXTREMELY dirty. Floors had visible garbage left behind in the living area, the floors had not been swept (large crumbs under the dining and living room table), carpet had not been vacuumed, countertops had not been wiped, primary suite bathroom had a giant wad of hair on the countertop, upstairs bedroom sheets FULL of hair! We spent part of our trip washing sheets just so we could sleep the first night. We alerted management the next morning at 7:00a.m. A cleaning crew member did not show up until well after noon. We missed out on most of the day waiting on them. We took several photos to document and support our allegations and sent this info to management. This was BY FAR the most frustrating and disappointing accommodations we have had since we started doing these trips. The property is a beautiful property that was poorly maintained, so it wasn’t the fault of the property itself. The owner should definitely have harsh words for the cleaning company AND the management company that manages the property. It is not likely that we will be staying at, nor will we recommend any property associated with ITrip Vacation Rentals.

Nice Property

We stayed in this property for a week over summer. Overall, the house was very nice and well appointed - there were a few cleanliness issues upon check-in, but the management company were very quick to contact us and rectify the situation. We had 4 adults and 4 children stay in the property - the layout and rooms were great. Agree with other posters that the front bedroom is basically fully lit 24 hrs a day - there are 6 windows around the top of the room which allow moonlight, streetlight and of course sun in. We had kids, so a lie-in wasn't much of an option anyway, but beware if you're looking for a more relaxing stay! The pool was fantastic for the kids, the outdoor area could do with a few more chairs (there are only 3 seats and 2 loungers), but we made it work. Walk to the beach is not 300 yards! Maybe from the exit of the development - but it's a hike to that. It's definitely walkable, but more like half a mile. I think there may have been a shuttle, but we didn't see any. A few of our party used the pool facilitates at the nearby hotel and enjoyed them. Overall, the property was nice and the management company very keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

The overall review is this place exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful…. From the location to the whole house. It was perfect for our family and all the children which were 5, 4 and 2. The pool which is on the smaller side, was actually perfect for our ages of children. The bed rooms were great and all good sized, especially the 2 on the main floor. Big open floor plan with a great kitchen that had tons of storage and countertop space! Now for that size house, it could use another couch to accommodate 8-11 people. As of now, 6 have places to sit, it needs a much bigger kitchen trash can (we were emptying it 2-3 times a day) with an additional garbage can in the garage…. People generate a lot of trash on vacation! The grill is extremely small ( holds 4 burgers at a time) and the coffee pot only makes 8 cups (3mugs) and takes 20-30 minutes to brew! (That really needs to be upgraded!). But those aside, it truly was fantastic, extremely clean inside and out and the location is perfect!! Having the use of the resort pools was such a bonus! I’d recommend this to anyone!!

Family Vacation

Banyan Place did not disappoint! Not only was the home lovely and large enough to accommodate eight adults and three very young children, there was so much to do! The home pool was lovely, but it was wonderful being so close to the beach and pool complex as well! The community had so much to offer as well. The only suggestion I can make is to note if you are traveling with a baby or child needing a crib and/or high chair, prepare to bring them or you can rent them. Not a big deal as some of us were not flying so could bring the equipment. All other accommodations were perfect!

Great for families!

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed this house! It is located near most of what we like…pools, restaurants, shopping, and Barefoot Landing.The neighborhood is quiet, beautifully landscaped, and great for walking. The kitchen is very well stocked with whatever you need to prepare meals for a few or for a crowd. There is lots of counter space! Beds and furniture were comfortable and well-placed. There is a good washer and drier in the garage…no noisy laundry duty in the living areas. An unexpected bonus, and a real hit with our family, was the ping pong table in the garage! It provided hours of fun together. The last night, we held a “tournament.” iTrip was great in communication and service. The only time I asked for help (the pool skimmer needed to be replaced), a very nice guy brought a new one within an hour…that’s great service! This was VERY different from my experience with AirB&B. iTrip was such a welcome change.

We had high expectations.

I will start by saying this house layout and floor plan was great! Ample counter space in the kitchen. Unfortunately that’s the only thing nice about this house. We like to play card games during the evenings and the dining room chairs were horrible, very uncomfortable. The refrigerator was unusually small for such a big house. The cookware and utensils seen better days. The blender had a major leak which made frozen drinks impossible. The grill was a bit embarrassing. The bedroom to the right of the front door is horrible. The ceilings are 12ft tall with windows all the way around. The issue is there are no window coverings on the windows high up and the LED street lights make that room daytime all the time. For the price we paid we definitely expected it to be more upscale.
