The minute you step inside this beautifully designed vacation home, you’ll be met with sweeping views of Lake Travis in a luxurious, light-filled, open-concept living space. The house is newly renovated and includes a brand-new chef’s kitchen, huge island, and living/dining area that is great for everything from quiet dinners to extravagant holiday meals. The large upper and lower decks are perfect for extending the indoor space outdoors, for your breakfast coffee, and gathering outside for incredible sunsets. The pool is gorgeous and built with the kiddos in mind, with safety gates making this home ideal for families, as well as romantic getaways or spending quality time with friends. The game room is equipped for adults and kids alike, with a pool table, ping pong, and shuffleboard!

* This house sleeps 12, plus two high-end Murphy beds built into the living room, which allows you to spread out even more!

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises.

There is an additional fee and damage deposit required for dogs. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Limit 1 dog.

Disappointed in the fact that alarm on refrigerator was going off, vacuum was in the pool, one dishwasher did not work, downstairs bedroom was damp and musty, one oven did not work, interior doors did not close properly, high chair was dirty.

We’re sorry to hear your stay fell short of expectations. The refrigerator alarm stopped after we provided instructions, and the pool vacuum was intentionally in use to help maintain water cleanliness. The home has two dishwashers; one was awaiting warranty service at the time. We were not made aware during the stay of concerns regarding the bedroom, oven, doors, or high chair, and would have addressed them promptly if reported. We appreciate the feedback and encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can resolve issues in real time.

Great house for our Girls Trip. We had lots of space. Would be a nice house for multiple families. Lots of bathroom space. Never felt like we were running into each other-yet had plenty of gathering areas we could be together. Also got some stunning Texas sunset views.

Beautiful Fawn Ridge!

We had an amazing time! We had really high expectations for our stay and the property delivered !! The view is spectacular, the pool is perfect, and the house provided all four couples with their own space, privacy, and room to relax and we highly recommend this place to families!

Stunning home!

I stayed here with three couples local to the area and we had an amazing time at this house! It’s absolutely gorgeous and matches the pictures exactly. We haven’t stopped talking about this house and the beautiful kitchen, high ceilings, pool, game room, view, and all the things. It’s so grand yet cozy and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Home and Views were absolutely gorgeous

What a great home there were 7 of us ladies on a golf trip and we all highly approve this home. Well stocked and clean. Did not use the game room as much as we thought we would the views were just too great on the patio. We all recommend this home for family and friend gatherings. Will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Home

This home was very pretty, clean, and functional. It was barely lived in and was clean. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus for us. The pool area is stunning with great views. There were a few minor issues with the controller for the hot tub being locked up and one of the dishwashers leaking from being clogged from previous guest. But communication with the management company was great and they took care of it all swiftly. It’s definitely a little far from Austin if you’re trying to visit, but if you’re just wanting some time away and to relax at home, it’s great! Would stay again.

Fantastic House

Some minor hiccups in beginning but Walker quickly addressed. House is just amazing. Everything you could possibly need is in the house. Teenagers called it very boujee so I guess that is good😎. Very modern home with all latest technology (wife loved the electric window shades). Pool was perfect. Be careful of the pool robot cleaner 😂. Maybe some instructions for iPad that runs pool might make it easier to make sure you are doing everything right. I only wish there was a closer way to get to the lake without using a boat.

Awesome house

We had a great time with family and friends. The house is very comfortable and well stock with everything you may need. It is very well maintained and the management company is very attentive and helpful 24/7. Since we apparently were the first guests to stay in the house we found a couple of things that were a little inconvenient but they were very quick to correct or provide instructions. There were only 2 negatives. First even tho the house has enough beds to sleep 16 people they only allow 12 guests to stay so we had to shorten our group. The second was that there were a lot of flies in and around the house. We found that the dead leaves from the front yard trees that looked like they haven’t been collected in a while was the cause of it. But other than that it was perfect. Would definitely book again!

Family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beautiful Day. Other than a few unfortunate conditions, we were so delighted with the gorgeous and spacious home. The upstairs deck provided a lovely view of the lake and surrounding areas. The downstairs deck was securely fenced off from access to the pool. Since we had little ones, this provided assurance. Visitors could find activities on a wide spectrum of interest. The game room in the garage allowed for many games (you could also do loads of laundry down there if needed) or for one needing quiet for reading, watching tv , working remotely or napping, there was an appropriate place. We were disappointed that the large pool umbrella shade had not been replaced. (Previous guests had left it up and it was damaged due to high winds) . The roll shades on the upstairs deck were not functioning well either, nor was there privacy for the master bedroom windows. It would have been a great courtesy to have known these conditions ahead of time through a disclosure. Another warning should be regarding the steep and angles driveway that winds around the house. Towing/storing a boat would not have been a possibility. Once again, the property is a most fabulous place to enjoy some free time. We cooked literally every single meal on site. The Brookshire Brothers and other stores were handy to have so closeby. We enjoyed the double sets of dishwashers, ovens, washers/dryers as well as plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking equipment.
