Beautiful Home

We had a great time at this house. The home was very clean. It’s a hi-tech home so we needed some help with the appliances and the hot tub operation but the communication with Ann was great. You need a code for the gate, which we received in our arrival instructions. You also need a code for the front door and a code to operate the thermostats. We had to reach out for those codes. Ann was responsive but it would have been nice to have all the codes in the arrival instructions.

Great Football Trip

We came for the Texas football game and this house was exactly what we were looking for! Huge beautiful house. The backyard was as great as it looked. We even used the movie theater and popcorn machine which were both great! Ann was a great host, very responsive and I’ve never stayed at a place that came as well stocked as this house was, from towels to alcohol to paper products it was ready to go the minute we arrived.

Annual Gathering of Friends

The house was perfect for a gathering of long time friends and spouses. The house was well stocked, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool was amazing. The host is very responsive to questions both before arrival and during our stay. She also provided great recommendations for restaurants and hiking. We will be back!

Family Reunion

What a unique and fantastic house in a great location! It's super private with lots of amenities and space for any kind of groups. Loved the property! Completely stocked with anything we needed. Home was very private and quiet which was great for our family retreat. Ann provided an excellent enviornment for a large group and was able to accomodate our every need.Very communicative and available if needed. Excellent experience and highly recommend.

Great house with amazing outdoor setup

This was a perfect house for our group. We loved how secluded the property is but still easy driving distance to everything we needed. Ann is a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would definitely book here again.

Perfect house for any occasion!

I cannot recommend this property and this host enough! Ann made sure to answer any and all questions right away. She also gave my group so many recommendations before our weekend there which helped us out a lot. I was there for my bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect location. With the outdoor pool, movie room, firepit, and wet bar, you don't need to leave! The process of checking in and out was very easy and she left such simple instructions to follow for the house. Everyone loved it so much, and we had the best time! Thanks Ann!!

Loved it!

The property was beautiful and fantastic - it was perfect for our group. We spent most of our time outside and in the large family room. It was well equipped to cook several meals. We loved the pool and firepit areas! Our only complaint was bedroom 3 was not listed correctly - it stated 2 twin beds, 1 queen, and 1 twin bunk bed (i.e. 4 beds) - in actuality, it had 1 bunk bed that had a queen and a twin, and then a twin trundle, so we were two beds short. Luckily, the couches were comfortable and we used the provided air mattresses. Otherwise, this was absolutely perfect. The host was easy to communicate with and a great place for our group of friends!

Gorgeous Home - Great Accommodations

11 members of the family gathered from different parts of Texas and California for much needed downtime. Our time together was outstanding and precious. The house provided us all different types of fun opportunities. We spent virtually all day every day in the gorgeous pool. Ann was very receptive to us and accommodating. We are already planning to going back next year!

Gran Getaway

I stayed here with my grown children and grandchildren. We never left the house!!! Kitchen stocked to perfection, pantry size of a bedroom. The view from the outdoors to the green hills was super. We lived in the pool and patio then had grandchild performances in movie room with popcorn in the evening. No negatives for us!!!

Memorial Day Weekend

We were in town for a long weekend for a Bachelor party with a group of 12 and had the best time at the house. The pool and outside space exceeded expectations. The kitchen/dining/living space was also a great place for the large group to hang out. The hosts were great and always responded quickly to any questions.

Perfect place to host an event!

The property was stunning with modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout to host our event. The kitchen was a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample space for meal preparation. The bedrooms were cozy and super comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning outdoor area. The expansive patio and pool area provided the perfect setting for dining and enjoying nature with butterflies and birds flying about. Wonderful Stay Close to Villa Antonia

We recently stayed at this fantastic house and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect for us as it was incredibly close to Villa Antonia, where my sister's wedding took place. The house itself had everything we could possibly need, and more! With 8 adults and two kids in our group (ages 11 and 1), we were delighted to find that the space was incredibly spacious, allowing everyone to have their own comfortable areas while still enjoying shared spaces for quality time together. One of the standout features of our stay was the impeccable cleanliness of the house. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel instantly at ease. The host was an absolute delight to communicate with, being incredibly responsive and providing detailed information not only about the house but also about local restaurants and parks. Their recommendations really enhanced our stay and helped us make the most of our time in the area. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we're already planning to stay here again when we come back to Texas. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place.

Fabulous Family Getaway

I booked this property for a mini-family reunion for 9 adults and one baby. Upon arrival, everyone was impressed. Plenty of space, property is beautiful, clean and well-kept. The owners were lovely to work with and answered any questions immediately. They even reached out proactively when a hail storm was about to blow through to allow us access to their garage/protect our cars- a move that is GREATLY appreciated! Our family likes to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. I'd say the place was perfect for our needs and we'll be back with friends one day! Many Thanks!

A small group of old friends gathered here for a reunion and eclipse viewing. It really couldn't have been a better choice. I was expecting to go out, check out the local pub and restaurants, but the house was so nice we never wanted to leave.

Absolute MAGIC

Came here for an artists retreat with close friends. To say this property is perfect is an understatement. Ann is easily the best host Ive ever interacted with. Everything we needed was there and questions were answered promptly. The beauty and serenity of the property are unmatched. This is a place we will definitely be coming back to! Even better than expected

The home was even better than the pics! Equipped when anything you could possibly need to entertain, nice towels and more than enough for all guests, great beds, fantastic stocked pantry, tons of dishes and serving platters, wonderful pool and outdoor space... All just fantastic! Highly recommend the home and the host Ann was amazing! Fantastic communication, easy to contact and quick to respond with great suggestions to make our stay fantastic. We had a blast!

Absolutely Incredible

9 of us stayed here for a bachelor party and had the best time. The place is even better in person. The house and pool/backyard were perfect for what we needed. The house was stocked with all essentials. The surrounding neighborhood has some gems (Luck Rabbit and The Lone Star Bar). We'd highly recommend it.

This is secondary residence approximately 15 minutes from our main residence. We love this home and have put much love and attention into the property. We have remained in our primary residence so our children could continue to attend their zoned high school and be in a neighborhood community.

This property is perfect for families attending weddings that want several families to stay together, small family reunions, sibling week ends, small weddings, showers, friend week end etc.. Perfect for multiple car parking.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

No noise restrictions but I still ask for guests to be respectful of surrounding neighbors, no parking restrictions, ability to host small get togethers, pool and spa on site. Very close to urban areas, restaurants, Villa Antonia within 3 miles. Kindred Oaks is 10 miles away as well. Grocery stores and Grub Hub delivers to our home. We are 15 minutes from Flat Creek Winery, 5 minutes from Lago Vista Brewery and 5 minutes from The Lucky Rabbit a unique live music bar that is pet and child friendly with delicious food and great outside areas.
