The Space:

Upon entering this exquisite property, you'll be greeted by panoramic views of Lake Travis in our spacious and inviting living area. The living area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring that meals can be prepared with ease and enjoyed in the adjacent dining space.

The four bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to accommodate the needs of a diverse group. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds (one of which has a bathroom ensuite), offering a regal touch to your stay, while the other two bedrooms boast queen-size beds. Each room is tastefully decorated, creating a serene atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.

The two bathrooms are meticulously appointed, providing modern amenities and a touch of elegance. The attention to detail extends throughout the entire non-smoking house, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment. One bathroom is shared and the other is ensuite to the master on the main floor.

With Atlantis situated on the shores of Lake Travis, guests can partake in a spectrum of water-based pursuits like boating, fishing, and lakeside relaxation. Numerous boat rental facilities and marinas in the area offer opportunities for aquatic adventures. Take advantage of our vacation rental's two available boat slips by renting a boat and conveniently parking it on the property.

Other Things to Note:
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. We have a protection plan in place included in the booking price, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will be required to confirm your details with us to complete your booking. In addition please take a moment to sign the agreement to follow the house rules. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the forms.

*The property can comfortably accommodate 8 guests only, including children. There will be a $100 additional charge for extra guests.
*Hot Tub should not run over 4 consecutive hours and the temperature is not to exceed 101 degrees or there will be a penalty fine to guests.
*Heated Pool: Pool heating fee of $75 per day. Temperature should not exceed 87 degrees. If guests would like the pool heated please place a request at least 1 day prior to arrival. Please note this feature may not always be available.
*No smoking on the premise inside or outside.
*Pets are not allowed on property.
*No Lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. (Pool, Hot Tub, Lake)*
*Please note life jackets are not provided. We encourage guests to bring their own.
*There is no boat ramp on property. The closest boat ramp is ATX Marina at 16120 Wharf Cove, Leander, TX 78641. You can set up a time slot to launch your boat with the marina.*
