As you walk through the front door you will be blown away by vaulted ceilings with cedar beams, the open design, and all of the luxury features! This home was completely renovated with YOU in mind. Notice the multiple dining options, the sectional couch that can fit your entire group, and the sparkling kitchen with all of the modern appliances you might need for a home-cooked meal.

From almost every room in the home, and especially from the deck, you will have a million-dollar view (literally 😊). As you are enjoying the view of our half-acre lot and pool don't forget the gorgeous Hill Country views with Lake Travis right behind the tree line. As you open the sliding doors to the balcony, you will notice some seating options that are perfect for your morning coffee or evening sunset cocktail. Also, enjoy grilling your favorite meat on our charcoal and propane grill!

Bedrooms:
Master Suite (First floor) - Who is the lucky one who gets the master suite made for a king and queen? Incredibly spacious with a luxury king-sized mattress and a private entrance to the walkout balcony. Lay in bed and take in the incredible panoramic Hill Country view through the massive windows (of course there are privacy blinds for when you need them). It also has a private door that goes into the jack and jill (shared) bathroom. (we have a comfortable twin pullout bed that can also be put in this bedroom or wheeled elsewhere).

Secondary Suite (First Floor):
A beautiful room with warm natural light that features a queen-sized luxury mattress. Fitted with a full-sized mirror, large closet and a private door into the jack and jill (shared) bathroom with the primary suite.

Tertiary Bedroom (First Floor):
A spacious bedroom with huge windows (blackout shades), a queen-sized memory foam mattress, and luxury linens.

Bunk Room:
Head up the gorgeous spiral staircase to the beautiful bunkroom with incredible hill country views! Perfect for large groups you can fit up to 4 with two full-sized beds.

Head down the outdoor stairs to find the patio area under the house that is full of fun! Ping pong, corn hole, and a ton of other options. We even put some artificial turf with loungers for another hangout/game area. After your intense backyard games session, it's time for a dip in the pool.

*Our hot tub is available year-round and can be heated at your request and we don't charge extra. It runs on propane, which means it warms up quite quickly, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak even in the cooler months.
*The pool is open all year round too unless it drops below 30 degrees, then we have to turn off the pumps. BUT its not heated. If its not below 40 degrees we could heat the pool up to 85 degrees as well but that would be $150/day.

The home is less than a mile from Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, the most popular marinas, and only two miles from Volente Beach Resort & Waterpark! So many options for fun and adventure!

RULES:

*For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas after 10:00 p.m.; however, we kindly ask that there be no amplified music, shouting, or loud partying. If this rule is not respected, we will have to enforce a no-noise policy outdoors after 10:00 p.m. for the remainder of your stay. Additionally, if the police are called due to a noise complaint, guests will be charged a $500 fee, which reflects the fine we receive.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

No pets or smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Heads up: If the temperature drops below 40°F, certain functions of the pool or spa may not be available, including heating.
