Situated on the back of a boutique block shielded from street noise, enjoy a contemporary apartment with added convenience of a private balcony framed by lush greenery. A comfortable L-shaped lounge beckons for cost nights at home in front of the TV, while a separate kitchen caters to meals at home. A dining table allows you to gather for dinner, game nights, or set your laptop up to work remotely.
Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds and come with the convenience of black-out blinds. The bathroom features a shower and vanity and the convenience of a washing machine and a dryer, while a toilet sits separately and directly alongside it.
Additional amenities include secure parking for one car, air conditioning and heating, plus high-speed Wi-Fi.
