Nestled directly on the banks of the Yarra River in the heart of Docklandâs dining precinct, this apartment captures stunning waterfront and city views. Catering to both short and long stays, access fantastic amenities including a shared pool and gym. Catch a footy game at Marvel Stadium, take a leisurely stroll into Melbourne CBD for endless shops and eateries or pick up locally made crafts at the bi-monthly Docklands Community Market. Secure parking and in-unit laundry add to your convenience.
Catering to both long and short stays, it combines spacious interiors with access to hotel-style amenities, including a swimming pool and gym.
Stepping inside the apartment, the living and dining area is open plan. Full size windows bathe the space in lovely natural night, while creating a seamless transition with the balcony. A generous dining table makes it easy for guests to come together for a meal at home, making use of the full kitchen, but youâll also find plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Get comfortable on the leather lounges in the evening, in front of the large TV.
Three queen-sized bedrooms make this home perfect for groups. Each are dressed in crisp white linens and set with side tables and reading lights. The primary bedroom comes with built-in wardrobes and a private ensuite bathroom.
