When youâre not out and about, relax in the open-plan living area in air-conditioned comfort, make use of the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy a wine on the balcony as you soak up sweeping CBD views. Guests can also take advantage of laundry facilities, secure parking, and a shared indoor pool and gym.
This centrally located balcony pad features fresh, light interiors with extensive glazing and an open-plan layout to create a feeling of spaciousness and ease. When you're not dining out, pick up some fresh produce at the nearby Queen Victoria Market and make use of the sleek, streamlined kitchen where youâll find everything thatâs needed to prepare food, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a four-seater table to share meals.
