This light and bright, highly upgraded 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom ground floor condo is perfect for guests looking for a desert getaway in the heart of downtown Palm Springs.

After a relaxing day at the pool, the living area of this condo is ideal for recharging, with stylish yet comfortable furnishings, a large flatscreen TV, and a ceiling fan. A large sliding glass door leads to the tastefully furnished patio – a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine or meal while gazing out to the mountain view.

The dining area seats 4, and a fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. In the mood to BBQ? Fire up the grill and enjoy burgers out on the patio.

Sun-kissed and sleepy, you will rest easy in the comfortable king bedroom with a flatscreen TV and walk-in closet. And the spacious spa-like bathroom has a walk-in tile shower.

The condo also has WiFi, air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer, for your comfort and convenience.

Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure and sign a Statement of Rules and Regulations. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property, and to provide ID verification.

Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity matches the ID provided and to review local ordinances.
We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in, request your ID, and send you the Good Neighbor Brochure, Statement of Rules and Regulations, and Vehicle information forms for signature by you and your guests.

Well-appointed condo on lush property

My all-around favorite Vrbo rental to date. The condo was really clean, and, quiet, with a lovely view. The kitchen had everything I needed, and, all the cookware was of good quality, and, in good condition. The grounds were beautiful, and, safe. I also loved to visit the pubic park at the back of the property, which is busy with rabbits at the right times of the day. Note to owners, and, other hummingbird lovers…I washed the hummingbird feeder, and, left it empty because sugar water that has been in the feeder longer than a week can give the birds a throat fungus that will slowly kill them. Feeders in hotter areas, like PS, should be changed every few days. Thanks so much.Will book this property again.

The condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Great location. I definitely stay there again.

Home away from home!

Beautiful condo, beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable, quiet, conveniently located for shopping and restaurants, we absolutely loved it! Only 2 issues that needed fixing: Television was nearly impossible to operate -- on-site maintenance couldn't operate it either! And hummingbird feeders had black mold in all 3, which will cause liver failure and death of the birds. I suggest either housekeeping or maintenance take better care of feeders; OR remove all feeders!
