A fabulous holiday home situated on Palm Beach with room plenty of room for the extended family.

The Space:
Situated on Palm Beach this home is a great base for the family. It can accommodate up to 12 people (a maximum of 8 adults) with three bedrooms in the main house along with a separate sleeping pod with double bunks. The property has two and half bathrooms, comfortable dining and living areas inside, as well as plenty of outside space. It is ideally situated for those wanting to spend time on the beach and it is opposite an all day cafe, and a restaurant at night. It is a flat walk to both beach and cafe and a short drive to vineyards and restaurants.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - queen bed plus one set single bunks, Bedroom 4 - two sets king single bunks (4 beds)

Please note: We can accommodate 8 guests in the main house. Rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at Paradise on Palm with a $50 additional fee per person per night. There is an exit cleaning fee of $300 and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays - 7 nights between Christmas to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
