There is truly something for everyone in your family to fall in love with! Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Comfortably sleeping a family of 6, you will love this beautiful, open floor plan with spectacular Ocean Views. Attached to this Bedroom, as well as accessible from the main Living Area, is the super convenient and unique Bathroom with 2 separate Vanities and toilet areas with custom tile connected by access to the Shower/Tub Combo. At the end of the Hall, you will be in awe of the wide beautiful Ocean Views from the open Living space with Kitchen and Dining Area. The Kitchen will delight the Chef in your family - well-stocked with all you need to make any mealtime a breeze. Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $60 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.
Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.
Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
