Newly renovated, all new furniture and beds (2021) including comfortable couch and love seat, large dining room table with 8 chairs, 65" TV, 47 Mbps Wifi, washer/dryer and a huge pool. The entire front of the condo is large wall-to-wall windows that open and look directly out over the ocean. From your condo you will hear seagulls and waves; you will not hear traffic. The sunroom has a 14-foot oak bar by the windows looking out over the ocean - the perfect place for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. North OC is a fairly quiet area where you can still walk to almost anything you'd want to do. We have particularly enjoyed it in the "off" season, when there are still plenty of things to experience. Kids are very welcome!
