The house features two living spaces, one of which is located upstairs and doubles as a study nook, providing a quiet and comfortable space for work or study. The upstairs living space also includes a sofa bed, which can provide extra sleeping accommodations if needed.

The master bedroom is quite spacious and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in robe. This room would likely be suitable for a couple or an individual who values privacy and ample storage space. The second bedroom is designed for children or adults. It features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.

Additionally, we provide bikes for our guests to ride, which is a fun and eco-friendly way to explore the local area, with a ride to the beach or the lake located just at the end of the street.

Outside, you'll find a lovely patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee after a walk/ride to the beach or some evening cocktails after dinner.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole property except the garage. We kindly ask that guests do not use the driveway for parking and instead find street parking arrangements.

TERMS OF BOOKING
1. We do not accept any parties, schoolies or events due to strict council regulations at any of our properties.
2. There are minimum age requirements for this property.
3. A $500 bond will be taken after booking
4. All bookings will be confirmed once our vetting process has been completed

*Nightly rates quoted are for short stays, special offer rates are available for longer stays by visiting the Ember Property website.

Kindly be aware that for stays exceeding three weeks, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Guests have the option to schedule this extra cleaning midway through their stay, or if preferred this can be deep cleaned at the end of the extended stay.
