Charmant duplex neuf de 2 chambres, de plain-pied à l'arrière du bloc dans une rue calme.
Un lit queen dans la chambre principale, 2 lits simples dans la deuxième chambre.
Proche de toutes commodités - à pied de la rivière, plage, commerces, restaurants, gare.

Grande cuisine avec appareils de qualité et dessus de banc en granit. Salle à manger adjacente donnant sur un patio extérieur couvert. Salon séparé, grande salle de bain avec baignoire pleine grandeur et douche à l'italienne, 2 toilettes.

Promenez-vous le long de la rivière Patterson jusqu'à la plage ou promenez-vous jusqu'à la marina et savourez un cappuccino tout en regardant passer les bateaux.

Perfect for a Family Stay

I had my visitors from Germany stay at Riverwalk for 3 weeks, an amazing property that has everything you need for a long term stay in a perfect location :)

Lovely walk/run along the river at the end of the street. Two good supermarkets 1km away. This was our second stay and we can't overestimate how good it is to know where you're going after a long flight. Remarkably well equipped.

Fantastic clean villa with a great kitchen & bathroom. Close to everything needed for a great trip

Excellent accommodation, superbly situated to suit our needs to visit family and friends in the morning peninsula area. All amenities you could ask for were available in the house. Any communication with host responded to timeously.

River View - Carrum

Property was very clean & well presented & staying there was like being at home with everything at your fingertips. The area is quiet and close to shopping, restaurants, cafes etc. Would definitely stay again.

The property is clean, very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The photos don't do it justice. Very spacious 2 bedroom unit with a private outdoor area with table and chairs which would be lovely in the warmer months. It's very private at the rear of the property too so no noise. Hope I can stay again when I next need to be in Melbourne.

Fantastic Property

Clean and comfortable property. Great host. Great location. Heat, air conditioning and wifi are all awesome. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed for meal preparation. Rear patio with BBQ was an added benefit. Would definitely stay again

Lovely stay in a home away from home

Beautifully clean home, close to the river and sea. Shops 5mins away, it had absolutely everything we needed for a week away whilst our eldest played basketball in Cranbourne. Thanks again for having us! Amy & Family

Riverwalk Villa Carrum

Fabulous location a few minutes from river in quiet street

Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely apartment. It was a short walk to the river and 15 minutes to the beach. Great facilities a short walk away and easy to jump on a train to get to Melbourne city. The apartment had everything you could need and was clean and modern.

A great find!

The house is well designed and is lovely and private, quiet and sunny, with a nice deck area. A real home away from home. Patricia has thought of everything and is excellent to deal with.
