I've stayed in quite a few condos in Hot Springs over the years, and this was my favorite so far. It was very spacious and had a gorgeous view. Just about anything you might want was provided. It was perfect and I hope to visit again!

Good location

The location was perfect. No steps to get into which was nice. Beautiful sunsets out on the deck. Flat pillows bring your own. The fire alarm batteries went off in the middle of night but that cant be helped. Well stocked condo. I called to see if it was available a night early. She had the cleaning staff come in that day instead of the next so we could come in early which was amazing and much appreciated! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was spacious and comfortable. We had a nice view of the river. The owners were very friendly and communicated well with us before our arrival. We had no issues while we were there. The location was perfect for us. All of the attractions we visited were just a short drive away. We would recommend this property to families traveling to Hot Springs.

Perfect for family vacation.

Great for the elderly, only one step throughout the house. Well stocked kitchen, with spices, cookware, cleaning supplies. Great for family vacation with kids.

Wonderful condo

This condo is amazing. We will definitely be back! I have never been to a condo that was as stocked as this one was. The owner was so nice and any questions I had she responded back within minutes. The view from balcony was so beautiful and peaceful.

Weekend getaway

Took the family out for the weekend on the boat loved being in the water, watched the fireworks, ate some good food. The condo was amazingly stocked and we would love to stay there again. It was perfect, the view the amenities, the amount of space.

Momcation 2023

A friend and I need some much needed relax time and this was the perfect place. It is in a nice quite gated community. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boat traffic and the sunsets are beautiful here. We will definitely stay here again if available!!

July 4th Weekend getaway

Weekend getaway at lake. Took our boat. Loved we had a boat slip and right on water. We watched the fireworks on the lake. House was well equipped with things you don’t remember to bring. The condo is beautiful and we would love to stay there again.

Amazing weekend

We enjoyed this condo for a long weekend. It was my sister and I with our 4 kids. The condo was spotless and supplied well with all the things we needed. Access to the boat dock made it very easy for our brother who lives on the lake to pick us up in the boat for some fun. The view from the deck was awesome for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine.

Awesome weekend

We spent a long weekend here and it was amazing. Very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the views from the deck and access to the boat dock made it super easy for our brother who lives on the lake to pick us up for some boating fun!

The place was perfect! Me and another mom friend just needed a little relaxing time. This place was perfect. The view over the lake was relaxing and it was a quiet neighborhood.

View is spectacular!!

The balcony & view is awesome!! The condo is clean and beds are comfortable. Lots of room for us four 60-70 year olds. Could use some updating but comfortable enough. The lakefront, boat-slip & fishing is only accessible by foot (too hard for us to trek up 100 stairs or steep hill) right now due to new driveway going down to it being laid. We were disappointed in that but owner was very accommodating. Pool area just upgraded and was very enjoyable. Cajun Boilers Restaurant has excellent Cajun food just a few minutes from condo.

Lovely lakeside property

Lovely place to stay. The owners were very kind and responsive when there was an issue and resolved it quickly and to our satisfaction. Convenient to Hot Springs and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy. Great View of the Lake. We'd Stay Here Again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped and the view of the lake was wonderful. The owners are also very responsive to any questions or issues. We will definitely stay here again.

Hottest of Summer Springs

Really fit our needs perfectly! Plenty of room for our family to spread out. I actually don't want to give to high a rating, I don't want it to be all booked for next time we want to stay there! Great location, close to Central Avenue. Great view of the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and had a wonderful time on the lake tubing. Would definitely return!

Accessibility with a view

Just what we we’re looking for, nice view of lake from the balcony and accessible for those with mobility impairment. Spacious family room with lake view, full kitchen and dining table for 6. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. The 2 bedrooms are large and master bedroom has view of lake as well as access to balcony. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to making a return trip.

4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION 2022

The location was perfect, with easy access to just about anywhere you would want to go. We really enjoyed the pool, since it's not feasible to swim in the lake. We were picked up by boat using the dock and also did a little fishing from the dock. Lake Hamilton is a wonderful lake. The condo was clean, spacious, and with a beautiful; view of the lake. If you plan to cook anything large, you may want to bring your own skillet. I used 5 quart pans for gravy and one for scrambled eggs. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. It's a big PLUS to have no stairs to climb to get into the condo. I have a feeling we will be back. Wonderful hospitality in a wonderful place.

Laurel was very accommodating and helpful throughout the rental process and during our stay. We encountered a few unavoidable issues which Laurel worked diligently and quickly to resolve. The condo is conveniently located and nicely furnished. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location, perfect for families.

Location was beautiful. Lake views were stunning as advertised. Close to everything, but nice and quiet. Furthest we drove for anything was about 15 minutes. Downtown was 7-10 minutes. Hosts were great, place was clean. Not many options I found with no stairs like this one, so great for seniors or people with limited mobility. Had a blast, hope to come back.
