Upon arriving everything was easy to get in the home , rooms where nice size , air conditioning was in point. I just wished that the grass was cut upon arriving and hedges trimmed . There is a lot of potential the home has. Just need some TLC. Overall Great stay .
Great stay. House is nothing fancy but perfect if you want a very clean, comfortable and convenient to everything in the Hot Springs area place to stay. Great backyard for your pets to run and play as well. Will use again when visiting family living in Arkansas.
The property manager was very quick and responsive to all our request. Unfortunately I found the place not worth the price. It is not upgraded at all and the amenities are very scarce or non existent. They donât even offer a toaster. The supply of dishes and silver is minimal and not enough for a group of 8. So washing dishes is necessary at all times. Other supplies were just basic and not any extra frills. So overall, it is a place to stay if you donât expect much in regards to the money you spend.
Great Location - Close to Casino and not far from DownTown
The house is in a small older neighborhood. It's nothing fancy but it is clean. Note - if it's important to you - the 2nd bathroom is a 1/2 bath, there is no dish washer and the yard is not fenced in. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.
This was an ideal place to stay for visiting Hot Springs. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was comfortable and well supplied with anything we needed.
The place was good and in a quiet neighborhood. The only problems we had were the fact that I had to message the guy to get the code for the door, he didn't send them automatically. The house had a funny smell eveytime you walked in, we luckily had bought some candles. The faucets in the shower leaked around the knobs and didn't have very good water pressure. When you turned the hot water off, the knob got really hot and you could barely touch it. The listing says it has 2 bathrooms, it's only 1 and 1/2. The beds weren't terrible but they weren't comfy either. The 2 chairs in the living room weren't comfy.
The house was clean and comfortable. It is in a quite neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. Some of the furniture had changed from the pictures on the website. It appears the owner is gradually upgrading the property. I would stay there again if I returned to Hot Springs.
Beautiful little house with plenty of space to enjoy a family vacation. Beautiful hard wood floors making cleaning a breeze. We brought our dogs and had an awesome time. Not far from very many things and we'll worth the price we paid. The owner Stephen is really easy to communicate with and he's very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful vacation
I missing soap dispenser in the bathroom, sponges in the kitchen to wash the dishes, broken glass in the patio. The patio wasnât appealing, very messy and full leaves glass. It wasnât an organized.
Inside the house we were very comfortable. Thank you.
I met my adult daughters and this house served as the perfect backdrop for a good catch-up.
Bring your own toiletries and a laundry detergent pod. This house is cute clean and comfyâŠwe would definitely stay again!
We went for a weekend trip and this house was great. Its in a great location. A quiet neighborhood close to Oaklawn, but far enough away that you dont get caught up in the craziness. The house was well kept and clean. The host was easy to reach and quick to reepond. When we arrived, I realized that I lost the access information , so I reached out and Steven handled it promptly. We will definitely stay again.
The pictures in the listing are not current. There is no longer a bunk bed (disappointment for us). The second bath is really only a half-bath (disappointment for us).
This is an effort to be funny/serious combo: The bedroom with the half-bath, has a memory foam mattress, it has a lot of memories, most of which are in the middle of the mattress. Sleeping with my husband was sleeping on a 45 degree angle for me, plus every movement we made was VERY noisy and we woke each other up.
The chairs in the living room are really cute, but are not comfortable to sit in (so we all rotated around). The couch is VERY comfortable.
Cute quiet neighborhood, short drive from main attractions of Central Ave.
