Excellent stay in Hot Springs!

This is a fantastic place to stay! The converted apartment to home is nicely furnished, incredibly clean and the location to the race track and downtown is perfect. We were there for a girls' weekend and it couldn't have been better. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay there again!

Perfect Hot Springs Staycation

This our second time to stay here. This is the perfect place to stay close to Oaklawn. Very clean, quiet, with plenty of room for 4-6 people. The owner is very thoughtful with the condo preparations making guests feel welcome. Thank you!

6 of us stayed the weekend here while we went to the races and we will all be back! Such a cute little place, great location, and the property manager was great to communicate with.

Nice place!

Really nice remodeled condo.....they thought of everything. Really comfortable beds and couches which is always a bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to visit, it is right in the middle of town and close to everything as well.

Great Condo!

Nicely remodeled condo in the heart of Hot Springs. Beds and couches were super comfortable, had a smart tv in every room, and a really nice kitchen. Close to everything in town and in a nice cozy neighborhood area. Could not have asked for anything more....would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Place

This condo was so perfect and more! It is close to the Racetrack and the lakes! We were able to do everything in Hot Springs with ease and come home to a super nice condo and bed each night! We will tell all our friends about this one!

Hot Springs Trip

The condo was wonderful and we had a great time. It is clean and well-stocked if you want to cook. The murry bed was comfortable I was surprised. The only problem we had was figuring out the TV. Will stay again.

Ok Stay

We were in town due to a family hospitalization so being close to the hospital was paramount and this location offered that. Overall the townhouse was nice but there we had issues getting in. The code we were told in the email to use for the front door was not the code that worked, we had to call to get directions on how to get in.

The Perfect Stay!

This condo at Whispering Pines was everything we were looking for! The place was spacious and clean. There were 3 of us there was ample room for us to enjoy time together, as well as time to ourselves. You cam tell the owner put a lot of thought into the layout and design. All appliances and furniture were new and/or well maintained. They seriously thought to indlude everything. There was not a time I reached for something and it wasnt there. The place is close to everything youre lookingto do in Hot Springs. The pool was also niceto have on the hot June days. We had it to ourselves most of the time. I did want to give recognition to the owner for her prompt and thorough communication. In fact, the first day we go there we had a TV that wasnt working. She talked me through what we thought was the problem and when that didnt work, she came over and fixed it for me (7pm at night). It so happened it was a user error on my end, but she was so pleasant and happy to help. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Hot Springs. Kay and Kim are awesome!

Meticulously clean property, quick communication with owner, but condo smells like cigarette smoke

We had a fantastic time visiting Hot Springs and this condo was exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with. Our only complaint is that the unit smelled of cigarette smoke… which is really unfortunate. As best we could tell another tenant within the building smokes and the smell would come through the vents. We got used to the smell after a while once inside, but every time we came back the smell would hit us pretty hard. And upon arriving home all our bags and clothing now smell of smoke and will require washing/airing out. We understand that it’s no fault of the owner and little can be done to fix the situation, but felt that potential guests should be aware. When we return to Hot Springs we’ll choose another property and hopefully one owned by the same owner—she was great!!

Do Not Recommend!!

I booked this property for a girl's weekend in Hot Springs. After arriving I knew the property I pulled up to was not the property that was listed. Those two things did not match. The listing is very misleading! This property has LONG-TERM renters as well (not listed in the listing), they do not take care of their unit. Several of the reviews are duplicates, to lead people to think that this is a great place based on a 9.8/10.0 review. We were a group of 6 women staying at this condo, and we all didn't feel safe. If you do have issues with your stay... Good Luck with that. For most listings, you can call/text the managing person or even the person who listed the property, not this one. Evolve was very difficult to deal with. After contacting Evolve and voicing my concerns with the property, I was told I should have googled searched the property. With a 9.8/10 review, this place must be AMAZING but far from it. After years of renting and never having a bad experience with renting, I have now learned that you have to spend hours researching to make sure it's the condo/house they are representing in the description. I would think twice about renting this condo.

Wonderful

It was nice and cozy. It was convenient. We also had privacy. The pool was nice. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and found everything okay. It was convenient and close to places to have fun and eating. I would definitely recommend. Room was nice and very clean and comfortable The only thing is the down stairs neighbors aren't to much on toddlers/ active kids. They are an older couple.
