Bel et grand appartement style loft , de 90m², très lumineux, rue calme. 2mn du métro Hoche , 5mn du rer E, 15mn à pied du philharmonique, de la Villette et de la cité de science en longeant le Canal de l’Ourq, 1mn du Centre National de la Danse , entouré par les bureaux Hermès. Commerces de bouche à moins de 1mn à pied (boulangerie, boucherie, fromager, caves à vin, magasins bio, joli marché, Franprix et supermarché).
Le triangle d’or de Pantin est un quartier en plein essor, jeune et artistique. Pantin est à la fois reposant et dynamique. Nombreux lieux branchés. Nous avons de bonnes adresses à partager. Nous adorons Pantin et nous y trouvons beaucoup d’avantages, à la fois proche du centre de Paris (15mn de République en métro) et loin de la foule. Vous allez vous y sentir bien! Quand les jours deviennent chauds cet appartement est très reposant par sa fraîcheur.
Notre appartement est non fumeur et n’accepte pas les animaux.
Deux chambres (lits en 160). Grand espace de vie avec cuisine ouverte et équipée (four, lave vaisselle..) Une salle de bain avec toilette. Le wifi est là.
En souplex : canapé lit (le souplex est un open space), 2ème toilette + lavabo + lingerie.
L’ouverture de l’escalier est raide, aussi nous conseillons que les enfants ne soient pas trop petits.
Un écojardin est situé derrière notre immeuble, il est très agréable (piquenique, jeux pour enfants).

Cet appartement est notre lieu de vie, nous y tenons beaucoup. C’est une ancienne boutique Felix Potin des années 20, nous avons conservé un maximum son cachet.
Nous avons souhaité que la personne en charge de l’appartement durant notre absence, soit présente à chaque arrivée et à chaque départ. Aussi, si votre arrivée ou votre départ ne rentre pas de le créneau horaire proposé, merci de nous prévenir le plus tôt possible; il y aura alors 20€ de charge en plus pour l’organisation. Merci pour votre compréhension.
Nous calculons le prix du ménage en fonction du nombre de jours et du nombre de personnes, cela comprend les draps et les serviettes, à votre arrivée les lits sont faits.

Easter Family Week

We had a great week with several visits to the city and surrounding places of interest.The apartment is nicely designed. A little bit better equipped kitchen would've been nice.Unfortunately the record player wasn't working - I would have liked to hear some of the well sorted record collection.

Pantin is for families

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the very chic apartment. Very close to commodities and metro we had an easy stay in Pantin/Paris. The apartment is spacious, clean and loved the deco.

Pleasantly surprised

The apartment was quite charming, very comfortable . Enjoyed the neighborhood pleasantly surprised that there were so many conveniences so close and easy walk too. Convenience, stores markets, grocery bakery, even a shopping mall, transportation stations, lovely restaurants, all within a few minutes 4.5 stars.

Perfect Apartment to explore Paris

We were a family with 3 children (7, 12, 16) and enjoyed the urban atmosphère of the multiculturel district. The apartement is clean, comfortable and with a special urban character. Bakeries and restaurants are only a few minutes away as well as the metro station. Check in and Check out were completely uncomplicated.

Olympics 2024

We had a fabulous stay in Paris for the 2024 Olympics. We are a family of five adults and the appt was a perfect size. There is shops and bakeries nearby and the appt is well linked to transport though not in central Paris. The apartment was comfortable and is decorated in a unique way.

Family holiday

We enjoyed our time in the apartment. The owner and the couple that run it for them were wonderful. We really appreciated the early check in as one of our group was unwell. The apartment is not 5 star but it has everything you need and is good value for what you pay. You can buy groceries and fresh baked goods one minute from the apartment. We would recommend it to anyone looking to have a home away from home holiday.

I'm Japanese. The facility was probably originally a renovated shop, so I had a very stylish and comfortable stay. It was clean and I was able to use the kitchen without any problems. However, I was concerned that the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The surrounding area was unsafe in some places, and the sidewalks were not very clean. However, there were some places in Paris that weren't very clean, so maybe that can't be helped. Overall it was a very good facility. thanks.

It's a quaint apartment a little outside central Paris. There's not too much around this part of Paris, but easy to get anywhere. Apartment was a little quirky, and had its charms. Bathroom was fine. Kitchen was basic which we didn't really use. For a short stay it suited us (2 adults and 3 kids)

Beautiful French Apartment

Camile's apartment is lovely. It's spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The location was great; close to the metro, grocery store, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. It was nice to stay in a quieter neighborhood because Paris was extremely busy. The only downside was having no wifi. I know that that is their choice, but as a traveler being able to easily plan your journey is essential.

Welcoming Property

As a family of 6 we were struggling to find somewhere affordable to stay in Paris. We came across this property and chose it based on reviews and proximity to public transportation. When we travel we solely rely on public transportation and we’re able to stick to that with ease! It does take a bit of time to get downtown but it was absolutely worth it for us. There is an AMAZING bakery right down the street from the apartment as well as many restaurants and a grocery store (one restaurant right across the street). Our kids loved playing with the toys at the house! The shower is also so nice that you will never want to get out. The host is a wonderful communicator and is so friendly and easy to get ahold of if need be. I absolutely recommend this property!

Very bad

We had a great stay, until money was suddenly deducted from our account. They will do whatever they can charge. After our stay, an amount of cleaning costs will be deducted from the account. What has not been agreed. You will also be charged for something we did not do. In short, people who are only after money. Do not book!!!

Looks Can Be Deceiving

We gave Camille our flight number and despite that, we received a bill because her assistant had to wait for us for "3 hours". First of all, paying her assistant is her responsibility. She also gave us the wrong address so we wound up going to Paris instead of Pantin, where the apartment is located. Also, there were delays due to the worldwide Internet outage. Camille, you and your assistant should have tracked the flight and you also need to leave a lockbox with they key so that your guests can check in whenever they arrive. We do not need a live person to check in which adds to the cost of the stay. Also, the place is older than the pictures made us perceive.

Retro Apartment

This property is very spacious. Lots of room to move around. Ground floor is literally ground floor. You are on a street corner with lots of traffic and people walking by. so it is noisy certain times of day especially into the evening. People will walk by and look in even though there are curtains. The location is great so if you don’t mind wearing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We could have used more towels, maybe a coffee pot or toaster. Some of the kitchen stuff could be updated such as a good knife to cut a baguette. The beds are extremely firm so if you don’t like that I wouldn’t recommend. If you are looking for a great location with amazing bakery’s or coffee shops it’s a minute walk or right across the street. Train station isn’t far at all. Even though there were some cons to the property overall it was good.

Basic but adequate for a short family stay. Great communication.

This is a quirky, retro apartment (no WiFi or TV, no microwave) with an open living/dining/kitchen area, a small bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms and pull out sofa bed down in a small cellar area off the main living room- and an extra WC room down there. It was perfectly fine for our family of 5 with three kids (9-14yrs) but you wouldn't want very young children here as there is an wide open staircase from behind the dining table leading to the extra sofa bed room downstairs and I would worry about a young child falling down. There are lots of original features in this ground floor apartment but they are showing their age (uneven, crumbling tiled floor in places). But the place is kept clean and it was a great base for us as, even though just outside the arrondissements of Paris, it was just 5 mins walk from the metro or 10 mins walk to the RER so we could get into Paris centre easily to see the sights and used the RER to go to Disney for the day and also got the metro and train to the airport (CDG) easily. Lovely restaurants, supermarket and boulongerie just in walking distance. Great communication with hosts and met upon arrival and departure for key handover, with someone taking care of the apartment in owners absence. They were both lovely and friendly to deal with.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Metro war gleich ums Eck, sowie einige gute Restaurants und Supermärkte. Früh war der Bäcker auch nicht zu weit. Parkplatz gab es keinen aber bei einem Ibis Hotel, das ca 10 min zu Fuß weg war, konnte man sich einmieten. Die Lage war auch sehr ruhig.

Sehr angenehm gestylte Wohnung mit vielen alten Möbeln und Decostücken in Pantin diente uns als Ausgangspunkt zu vielen schönen Ausflügen in Paris u.a. entlang des Canal Saint-Martin.

Pantin - Vorort mit kleinen Restaurants und Geschäften

Die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell im Pariser Stadtzentrum. Die Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar und verhandlungsbereit, was die Ankunfts- und Abreisezeiten angeht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll dekoriert. (Die Deckenlampe in Form eines Wals war das Highlight für meine Tochter.) Die Küche ist einfach ausgestattet, aber gut genug, um Frühstück und Abendessen für die Familie zuzubereiten.
