Under the Eiffel Tower
This apartment had everything we needed and amost all that we wanted. The neighborhood is fantastic. While the apartment is set back in a lovely courtyard, ensuring quiet, the neighborhood is lively, full of restaurants, groceries, food speciality shops of every type, and easy access to the rest of Paris by metro, RER, and bus, all within walking distance. What this means is that you can quickly and easy join in on the fun outside while being assured that peace and quiet will be yours when you return to your new temporary home. The apartment was fully equipped, everything worked. The shower was very comfortable, the living space large and fully furnished. Both the bathroom and kitchen had been renovated in recent years and were in very good condition. While the description says this is a two bedroom unit, it truly has only one large bedroom with space for hanging clothes. The other bedroom is something of a small office/ study with a couch that can serve as a bed, but it has almost no storage. We were two friends traveling together, not partners. We were there for two weeks and were able to make do. We are sure others will be able to do the same. We would love to rent this apartment again. Next time I'll take the small bedroom. The neighborhood, the quiet beauty of the apartment and its setting made for an unforgettable trip to our favorite city. I can definitely recommend this apartment to others.
