Offering an affordable oceanfront escape, we strike the perfect balanceâclose enough to vibrant city nightlife and restaurants, yet distant enough for an immersive experience in lush green mountains and crystal-clear ocean.
Whether you're a leisurely poolside lounger, a whale-watching enthusiast reveling in humpbacks breaching, a bird-watcher enchanted by the vibrant avian rainbow in our banana and mango trees, or an adventurous soul exploring virgin beaches and hidden waterfalls, The Hacienda at Del Mar PV is your ultimate haven!

While buses and taxis are popular choices among our guests, many opt for the convenience of having a rental car. This is a great choice as it allows you to more freely explore the amazing area we are located in.
Our location is a 7-mile drive to the romantic zone and approximately 9 miles to downtown and the main MalecĂłn/boardwalk area. A nearby OXXO convenience store, just 350 meters away, provides easy access to essentials, and within about 5 minutes, you'll find various restaurants and shops in Mismaloya and Boca de Tomatlan.

2. **No Pets Allowed**: Pets are not permitted on the property. An additional $250 USD cleaning fee will be applied if pets are observed during your stay.
3. **Minors Policy**: Minors are not allowed on the property unless accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian. They should not be left unsupervised on the premises at any time.
4. **No Smoking Indoors**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or near open doors or windows. A $250 USD fee will be charged if the property has been smoked in or smells like smoke. Smoking is allowed outside, but please ensure it is away from open windows or doors. A $5 USD charge will be incurred for each cigarette butt found on the floor or in the pool.
5. **Trash Disposal**: Please dispose of all trash in the designated trash cans. No glass is allowed in or near the pool area.
6. **Visitor Policy**: Visitors or guests not included in the reservation will incur an additional fee of $15 USD per person per day. Babies under 24 months are exempt from this fee. Children over 24 months are charged the same as adults.
7. **Pool Rules**: Please refrain from running, jumping, or diving in or near the pool area. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when in or near the pool. Glass items are not allowed in or near the pool area.
8. **Pool Heating Options**:
- From December 1st to March 30th, the pool is heated to 78°F at no extra charge. Guests can pay $50 USD per day to raise it to 90°F during this time.
- From April 1st to November 30th, guests can pay $50 USD per day to heat the pool to 78°F or $100 USD per day to heat it to 90°F.
9. **Drugs and Illegal Activity**: All drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, as is public intoxication and disturbances. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and loss of deposits.
10. **Accessibility Notice**: Our property is situated on a mountainside, requiring guests to descend approximately 85 stairs from the parking area to reach the main house.
