A big house in Oro Valley

This is a big three bedroom home in a very convenient location in Oro Valley, AZ. You will have everything you need (and more!), and you'll be close to the Oracle Highway, so you'll easily be able to get everywhere you want to go around the entire area. We felt right at home, really enjoyed our visit, and didn't want to leave. Andrew is right there across the street if you need anything at all, and he's a friendly, welcoming host. We loved it and would stay here again.

As soon as we walked into the home we felt comfortable and welcomed. The house was spotless and organized. We were 2 women that had come to Oro Valley to visit a friend. We went out to eat at delicious restaurants recommended by the homeowner. We especially enjoyed sitting at the back patio and side patio during the morning hours. The home is beautifully suited for families with children of all ages. I highly reccomend this home!

Wonderful Home Away from Home

This property has ample room for a large family. It has sizable rooms and is equipped with all that is needed for a very pleasant stay. The views are memorable as the location in the foothills is convenient. We will consider this property for our next visit.

A very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We met the home owners briefly, and they seemed genuinely interested in accommodating their guests. Communication was outstanding! I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. We did have minor complaints that led to the four star review. First off, the "community" pool isn't an accurate description. The pool is the home owner's. It's in their backyard. It's generous that they are willing to allow guests to use it; however, it's also a little awkward. The description should've been more clear for those looking to book a place with a swimming pool. Our second complaint was the hot tub. It's not a permanent hot tub. It's a temporary hot tub that wasn't set up when we arrived. Again, the pool and hot tub were both features we were looking for when the reservation was made. A better description is needed in my opinion. Lastly, there was an issue with the air conditioning during our stay. The thermostat locked up late one night, and we were unable to control the temperature in the house at that point. This issue was not the home owner's fault. Electronics can do weird things. The app based system isn't convenient for guests. The owner did fix the AC first thing the following morning. I addressed these concerns with the home owner prior to leaving and was told all of them would be addressed for future guests! A

Great property, especially for a family!

This was the most equipped rental home we have stayed at! Everything you need in the kitchen, including an instant pot! Lots of games, books and baby/toddler necessities! Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Clean and safe neighborhood near lots of attractions! We hope to stay here again when visiting family.

Golf weekend

Great home, very roomy and beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay and the evenings at this location were beautiful and quiet. The area has some convenient restaurants and sports bars. We had a great time, our only issue was the TV, were all over 65 and couldn't figure it out, but that's our fault. Great place I'd recommend it anytime.

Quiet,relaxing,and beautiful.

My family and I loved this place. The neighborhood was super quiet you wouldn’t have guessed you were staying in a development. The house was beautiful. Super clean. Nice and close to anything you could need. My family and I walked to lunch at Olive Garden and walked to Walmart. Andrew was super easy to contact though we didn’t need much as the house was perfect for us. Well stocked with the things we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent view and accommodations

We have been visiting Oro Valley for years and are very familiar with the area. The house was centrally located to everything! Walking trails nearby that will take you as far as you’d want to walk or bike. Our dogs had plenty of room in the well kept backyard. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room for our local family to come over for dinner, and nice seating with Mountain View’s. The managers contacted us ahead of our arrival, and answered our few questions quickly. We will definitely book again!

Great Views and Numerous Comforts

Absolutely wonderful home in a great location. The hosts are very helpful and provide a comfortable, clean, and quiet home to enjoy the many experiences in Tucson. The house is fitted with many creature comforts and numerous activity ideas. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome note and chips and salsa! In the morning, we had a wide choice of teas or coffees available for the choosing. Games and some sporting equipment are provided for your entertainment. There is also a nearby pool available to use.

Birthday Celebration

We were in Oro Valley to celebrate our dad's 100th birthday. Andrew's home was perfect for our stay - close to dad's and very comfortable! My sister, her daughter, 3 friends and I shared the house. We had lots of room to spread out, both inside and on both patio areas. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet and safe. We appreciated being able to bring along a dog and having a fenced back yard was a bonus. Andrew was easy to work with, answering questions quickly and accommodating every request! We would certainly stay here on future trips to Tucson.

Great Home

We were 3 older guys and my son stayed here while we enjoyed 3 days of golf in Tucson area. The home was very nice and had everything we needed. The side patio provided wonderful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Even though we did not really use the kitchen it was everything required had we chose to. There were some very good restaurants close by. This property is tucked back in the subdivision which made for minimal traffic. The house is Roomy, clean and well organized. The Television was a mystery to us, good thing we someone younger with us to figure it out. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

March Stay in Oro Valley

We stayed here for a few days in Mid March. It is a beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood with a great view of mountains from the front yard/side patio. Andrew is a great host that communicates everything you need to know before check in. Also very easy to get hold of if you need anything while staying at the property. It is very clean and well kept and is only about 30 to 40 mins north of Tucson. We loved both the side patio and the back patio area. There are a lot of things to do and places to go nearby. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous home and host

I am so happy I chose this home in this location for my 3 weeks stay in Tucson! The home was perfect for me, my niece and her daughter. I’ve stayed in quite a few vacation home rentals and this was one of the best stocked homes ever. There was plenty of coffee, creamer, condiments etc. The bathrooms were also very well supplied. The home was very clean. My niece and her daughter enjoyed the hot tub, and I appreciated that enclosed yard for my dog. Also the mountain views were wonderful, and the nearby walking path was, as well.This neighborhood is one of the most quiet places I have ever stayed. At night there is a dark sky ordinance which means you can walk outside and see unbelievable stars. I wisely chose this area for its proximity to Catalina State Park. The entrance was only 10 minutes away. It was a wonderful place to go for morning and evening walks, and there are plenty of more strenuous hikes as well. Also, just walking around the neighborhood was wonderful and peaceful.I can’t say enough about Andrew, our host. He was the most attentive host I have ever had at a vacation rental. His response time was usually just minutes and he always wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again, and probably will.
