Nice home way from home

Headed to AZ to visit family. This home was in a great location with a lot of shipping, etc nearby. Clean and stocked well.

Nice place to stay!

We enjoyed a sibling vacation in Oro Valley, and this place was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. No fault of the owner, but we would have preferred some nicer weather, but it was fun to be able to hang out in one spot and cook together. Comfy beds too. Thanks!

We had a great stay. Owners live next door but were not intrusive. The only thing I would of liked was for the pool to be warm and usable. It didnt speocfy in the property description.

Great house, very clean

House was neat & clean. Located in beautiful area, Oro Valley. Lots of items in house & kitchen that came in handy, such as Keurig, towels, blankets, pool items. Worked great for our family of 5, including teenagers. Pac Man game was cool touch!

Nice and spacious home for our group

This home did nicely for our family get together. However, the stairs are tile and I do not think they are to code! The depth is narrow, and one stair back is falling off. All of us are able bodied and needed to hold the handrail, especially going down the stairs. This home is not recommended for anyone with balance issues or difficulty with stairs up and down. The home does need some minor repairs - the hall bathtub needs refinishing, the sink needs some Drano or a plumber as it drains very slowly. The dishwasher bottom is rusty. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

Perfect Family Rental

This home worked out really well for our family get-together. The management company was awesome. Any small repairs that we needed were tended to immediately, including replacing an umbrella that blew over. They brought a new one over the next day. I would definitely stay here again with a large group.

Very nice house in a great location

The house is clean and well stocked with the essentials. The property managers were very well attentive and quickly responded to an internet issue we had . The location is close to several golf courses and pickleball courts. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby as well. The only issue is the staircase between the two floors. It is steep and narrow. You wonder how it passed code. For older people, small children or those with walking problems this staircase is something you need to consider.

Great home for families

This home was great for our family trip to Tucson. It was spacious, lots of room to relax and sleep. Having a pool was a plus to keep the kids entertained. I will definitely book this home again when we visit Tucson in the future.

Wonderful rental home!

My husband and I love to travel and have been staying in rental homes for 40 years. This home was extremely clean, well-equipped with everything you could require, and situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Tammy from Argus Home Services was amazing. Contacts before arrival and after and available for any question you may have. On the first morning we discovered a crack in the coffee pot, called Tammy and she delivered a replacement that afternoon. Knowing that there is someone so kind close by to help you is very nice. We have rented with Evolve in the past and always had a very positive experience. We recommend this home with the highest regard.

Lovely home, enjoyable stay!

Despite a bumpy start upon arrival, where the keyless entry didn’t work and the air conditioning wasn’t working, Tammy was quick to respond and resolved the issues. The home was close to restaurants, shopping and friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’re already planning our next trip and look forward to staying here again!

House not ready for guests

We arrived at about 8:30 pm after being on the road for almost 12 hours. When we walked in, a heat wave greeted us as the house was at 94 degrees. The air conditioner was not working AT ALL. Two bedrooms had NO power. The pool was filthy and the pool vacuum did not work properly. There were also no working lights in or around the pool area. The knife block in the kitchen was broken in half with knives just lying out on the counter. I called the contact person that was listed in my email. She (Tammy) was great. She did feel bad for the inconvenience. BUT - she also told me that the carpet cleaners were in the house 2 days before. So apparently nobody did a walk through before our stay. She did put us up in a hotel for the night, saying she would get everything working first thing in the morning. NOPE. So we wasted the better part of what should have been a relaxing first day of vacay trying to figure out how to get my refund, and finding another place to stay. I did get a speedy, full refund within 24 hours. But because we had o stay in a hotel, it cost much more than we had budgeted to spend. If I was the owner of this house, I would be pretty upset to learn that the company that I was paying to manage the house was not doing their job.

Great Home!

This Home was awesome! Every thing was clean and organized, all instructions were clearly placed, and everything was very smooth! One thing that I would think would make this place a lot better would be adding some more exterior lights in the backyard! Other than that the place was really good!

Wonderful Spacious Home

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Oro Valley! The house was spacious and supplied with everything we needed. We did a good amount of cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies. The pictures represent the home well. The location of this property is great near shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to many attractions. We would definitely stay here again!
