City stay

Fabulous location and a great spot for a city getaway. Lots of little extras that make an amazing stay. Wayne is very helpful and flexible.

Very cool location from which to visit Melbourne. Very spacious room and comfortable. Stayz did not facilitate entrance details on time (stressy) . The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Perfect location, great space

I had a fantastic stay, perfectly situated for my meetings in the Melbourne CBD, and very close to Hardware Lane for great food. Private, comfortable, spacious and secure. I will definitely book this place again.

Gem in the city

Spacious and immaculate. This funky warehouse space provides you with everything you need from olive oil and vinegar to laundry facilities and soap. Steps from famous coffee shops and laneway restaurants. Enjoy!

CBD Laneway Historical Warehouse Apartment

Great place to stay. In a very central location with all that Melbourne CBD has to offer at your doorstep. Easy communication and an accurate description of the property. Would recommend for people who want to stay in the CBD and be independent of a hotel.

Location was excellent, being pretty much the centre of the CBD.

The property catered for all our needs. The host was very accommodating. It was spacious, clean and in the heart of the CBD.

Absolutely fantastic

We loved our stay, fantastic location, Wayne was kind and extremely helpful. Property is as described. Lots of little extras to make it easier such as oil, herbs, tea, body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Would highly recommend this as an excellent city get away, thanks so much Wayne

Highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights and could not have been happier. The location is fantastic if you want to be steps from everything. The space was exactly as represented- spotless and spacious. Had a wonderful homey vibe and our Host was responsive and Thoughtful. I could live there!

Wonderful place

We loved the apartment and the owner was wonderful to work with. Great CBD location if you like to party. We didn't have the quiet experience others mentioned, maybe because it was a summer holiday weekend, but that is outside of the owner's control.

Brilliant property

The location and amenities offered make this a standout option for a CBD stay. It is much roomier than a hotel room and offers privacy and access to much of Melbourne’s magic! Wayne was responsive and very helpful. I have already recommended this to my friends when they visit Melbourne.

Perfect location and lovely space

We had a great stay at Wayne's place. The location is ideal - we loved being in the middle of the laneway district, surrounded by places to eat and interesting shops and so close to Melbourne's sights, galleries etc. The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully clean and tidy - surprisingly quiet too given how central it is. We'd definitely come back.

Wonderful!

Had the best time at this property, so close to everything, amazing location in the middle of the CBD and at a great price, I couldn’t have wished for anything better. Integrated Apple TV and audio was such a bonus too!

What a gorgeous place to stay. Thankyou to the host. I felt at home. Everything you need is right there including coffee shops, transport and the busy bustling footpaths. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an escape for a few days.

Cozy and charming

I loved my stay here. The apartment was very comfortable. It was well equipped - it had everything I needed. The location was perfect, down a quiet lane in the middle of the CBD. Within a block of the trams. Restaurants everywhere and a small grocery close by.
