LIVING SPACE - Experience the comfort of this spacious 2000+ sq ft home, where the living room offers breathtaking views of gorgeous Big Bear Lake. The open floor plan is designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring a TV and ceiling fans in each bedroom and main living spaces. A brand new dining table with overhead lighting sets the scene for memorable meals, while the stunning wood-burning fireplace adds a warm, cozy ambiance. With plenty of comfortable seating throughout, this home invites you to unwind and enjoy every moment.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, sitting area, ceiling fan, smart TV, private bath with a massive luxury jetted tub, standing shower, and private deck with lake views. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom has two double/twin bunk beds and a ceiling fan. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Beautiful light wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, countertop convection oven, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee station, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax in the huge, jetted luxury tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Our beautiful lake can be seen from the kitchen, the living room, the master bedroom, the balconies, and the spa! BB Lakeview Lodge is the perfect summer destination to watch one of Southern California's best fireworks shows! Guests can enjoy the hot tub and patio furniture on each deck, gas barbecue, and the twinkling lights of The Village during the holiday season.

Pet fee $75 per pet (dogs only) - Please note, there is no yard available at this location and guests would be required to take their dogs out. Any evidence of animal waste on the decks will result in a fee.
