The Space:
This newly remodeled 2 story cabin awaits you!

Located in a quiet neighborhood and a street that leads you down to the lake.

The Lake & Village are under 5 minute drive and about 15 minute walk.
You can get to Snow summit, Snow Play, and popular hiking spots under 10 minute drive.
Short walk to Alpine Slide and Big Bear mountain Brewery.

This space comfortably accommodates 10 guests. We have 4 bedrooms, one sleeper sofa and 2.5 baths.

The main level has two bedrooms:
Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv, and cozy fireplace to snuggle up next to and enjoy a good book.
Bedroom two is a forest themed room with a queen bed. In the closet is a Pack N Play crib and highchair to accommodate little ones.

Upstairs Bedroom three has a queen bed and cozy rocking chair. The windows face the backyard and you can wake up to the beautiful trees of Big Bear.
Bedroom four is our fun forest themed "kids room". This room has a trundle with two twin beds.

There are three bathrooms: two full bathrooms - one on each level - and a half bath on main floor.

The property is fenced all around to let your dogs and kids play freely. Please pick up after your pets! We provide a scooper. Please bring your own bags for your dogs.

Outside, enjoy a BRAND NEW HOT TUB, Grill, plenty of seating and market lights.
We just put in new turf in the front yard and levelled out the ground for easier play for dogs and kids.

ALSO this house has a fun movie room/hangout area in the loft with a 90" flat screen tv to enjoy that theater feel in the comfort of being at home, two large 6 ft bean bags, foosball, couch, and TONS of movies in all genres.
There is a queen sleeper sofa as well.


The Gameroom/bar downstairs includes a 2 in 1 table to play pool AND ping pong. Shuffleboard with bowling pieces. Arcade game with many games including Pac Man! and a custom bar top to hangout, enjoy drinks, and play games.

Full kitchen and appliances.

Downstairs living space also has a cozy seating area by the fireplace as well as a dining area to enjoy meals with family and friends.

The front porch is a great area to wind down and enjoy the quiet peaceful sounds of Big Bear.
