Our beautifully renovated (from top to bottom) home features 5 large bedrooms and an open concept main floor with a large great room and spacious eat-in kitchen. Enjoy rainy days on the screened in porch that spans the width of the house. At night enjoy a large fire pit and the best sunsets in the world.

MAIN FLOOR
Kitchen: the heart of the home - we had so much fun creating this space! Brand new, fully equipped and ready for some delicious cooking. Ample storage space available. Large dining table to comfortably seat 10 - plus room for 3 at the island!

Great Room: comfy seating and a Smart HD TV where you can watch cable or access your favourite streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc).

Sun Room: spacious sunroom spanning the width of the house! Windows on all 3 sides and a new door for quick access running to the beach :) This is the perfect place to gather at the games table or get lost in a good book on a rainy day. The possibilities are endless out here!

Bedroom: with 2 double beds - as our kids like to say: it's their room!

In home laundry and a 3 piece washroom is available on this floor as well!

SECOND FLOOR
This floor includes 4 bedrooms (3 with Queen beds and 1 with a King size bed), a washroom with a tub/shower combo and finally an office nook with ample sunlight through the large new windows. This is the perfect place to take a quick conference call or check your emails away from the excitement on the main floor.

OUTDOORS
Summer dining and BBQing go hand in hand. Step out on the deck to grill all of your favourites. Just steps away you'll find a fire pit surrounded with new heavy duty Muskoka chairs. Perfect for roasting all of your summer time classics. We also have a handy clothes line beside the flag pole for your beach towels and plenty of space for kids to run around. Two parking areas available: one for 3 cars and one for 1 car.
