Be your best chef with an immaculate fully equipped kitchen including granite countertops 4 person breakfast bar and high-end appliances including a large fridge and gas-fired range. Enjoy the fruits of your labor at an ample indoor or outdoor dining table that comfortably seats 10. After a wonderful communal meal relax in the large living room space with smart TV and comfy couch. Or for a different ambiance, enjoy the outdoor living room and as the sun sets, move to the fire pit area for your evening marshmallow roasting routine.

At bedtime, this amazing cottage features 4 generous bedrooms with two and a half baths perfectly designed for everyone to have a peaceful night’s rest. The main floor master bedroom retreat provides private access to the beautiful four-season sunroom, double walk-in closets, and an absolutely stunning ensuite with an elegant soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Upstairs provides the perfect space for kids and guests with two large bedrooms, Jack and Jill bath, 2 hidden playrooms with a MyPuffin play couch and toys, and a separate seating area with TV.

While away from home all your potential needs are thoughtfully included – central air for those extra warm days, radiant floor heating for the cold ones, gas barbecue, high-speed internet throughout the house, and a washer and dryer for those “we didn’t bring enough clothes moments”. In addition, the home features 2 office spaces complete with all the same productivity features you would expect. (printer and display)

Outdoors is spectacular - firepit, outdoor living and dining space for 10 under covered porch, fat boy hammock, ping-pong, foosball, bocce ball, badminton or volleyball net, frisbee lots of room to run around. Our game garage room is heated and has all the outdoor beach toys, ping pong and foosball for indoor fun.

We love traveling with our pets and we know you do too. It also helps save on kennel fees. We would just ask you clean up after your dog. If there is any damage, we ask you to be upfront and help restore the house the way it was when you arrived.

Leave Soleil feeling relaxed and fulfilled having brought the family a little closer together with the anticipation of returning again next year for the same wonderful experience.

Fantastic home, wonderfully appointed, perfect location, and all the amenities necessary for a dream cottage stay. Comfortably fit 9 adults and 2 dogs. Our only wish was that we had more time to stay at this beautiful cottage. Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay at this cottage! The walk to the beach was a perfect short distance and the neighbourhood is lovely. Our hosts were very helpful and gracious, and we would definitely recommend a stay at Southampton Soleil.

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful, the location was perfect and close to the beach. Host had many choices for beach items. House was well suited for our large family. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the quality of cleaning.

Beautiful Cottage steps from the beach

We had a wonderful stay with our family and friends at this beautiful cottage. We were very impressed with how spacious it was and the overall cleanliness of the cottage. It was convenient to have all of the linens, towels, patio diningware and pretty much anything you need! The extra beds in two of the rooms were great for a snoring husband! Lol. The decor and furnishings have a real beachy feel. The owners were very responsive and answered any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and will consider renting it again in the future!

We spent our summers in Southampton. It is our happy place. We were not able to keep our family cottage. We were tired of renting places that were not the best suited for our family. We decided to invest and start a family business and make each of our places special and equipped the way we like our rentals when we go away. We have years of hospitality experience and now focus on trying to deliver 5-star experience and memories.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Southampton is our happy place. Southampton south beach community and beach in our opinion the best of the best - close to town, best sandy shallow beach for kids and families.

I am happy to give suggestions for things to do around the area. It is a beautiful place all year long. If you love the beach, tennis, golf, great hiking and biking trails, delicious restaurants and boutique shopping this place is for you.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have 3 different properties in Southampton. I think what makes them unique is all the personal touches and that we do allow pets. We have one-of-a-kind art, so our cottages feel like a home. The kitchen is fully equipped from a turkey roaster to milk frother. Each cottage has an amazing outdoor space for living, dining, or sitting by the fire. Every cottage has ping pong tables and games. They all have air conditioning and high-speed Internet with multiple office spaces. We like staying in places where when you have 10 people - you have enough room around the table inside and outside and comfy living room seating inside and out. We have huge harvest tables and lots of seating in all our cottages. They are all professionally cleaned so the houses are spotless. One of our cottages is scent-free because we find it hard to find places that have this trait for our family.
