Condo was very nice, along with the view of the ocean from the third floor. The unit was very well stocked and provided for a great stay for a couple. The parking was a little tight, but we managed.

Listing says "Linens & Towels" For a 5 day stay on the beach, 1 set of towels per person is certainly not enough!There was absolutely NO Toilet Paper. Had to run to the store to buy 2 rolls... (which I blame the Cleaning crew) The response was "there is a set of towels for 2 people" and nothing on the lack of toilet paper.

We strive to make every visit as comfortable as possible, and for a seven-day stay, we provide one set of towels per person as part of our conservation efforts. A washer and dryer are available on-site should guests wish to refresh their linens during their stay. We will also ensure an extra supply of bathroom tissue is available for future stays and will continue to monitor and enhance the amenities provided to support a comfortable stay.

Nice apartment overlooking the beach and Ocean. Good size for 2 people, but can accommodate 4. One suggestion would be to provide a small fan to help the air conditioning better reach the bedroom.

Cheer Comp Weekend

This condo was 8 minutes from Wildwood Convention Center where my daughter had a cheer comp this weekend. Place is great, very Clean and the Host had the place filled with snacks and drinks extra pillows and blankets. I would recommend booking with Paul.

Great Location,

Building is a little older but in good repair. We would not call it a condo but more of an apartment or motel converted into apartments. It would be difficult to make a full meal in the kitchen as it is VERY small. The living room furniture wis older and somewhat uncomfortable however if the weather cooperates you will spend most of your time outside so not much of an issue. Overall is was a nice place that we would consider staying in again if nothing more was available.

Great room for our family of 7. They had very personable touches...board games for the kids, snack basket, comfortable linens, etc. Room location has a beach view, but you can not see the pool. Communication regarding the check in process was a bit poor, but was resolved fairly quick. Note you will need a room # and passcode for check in. Overall it was a great room and satisfying experience.

Nice Condo and Great Location

We stated a week in August 2024. Condo was just as described. Arrival was smooth. Condo smelled like it has just been cleaned although we did find some stay hairs. Sheets and linens included was nice. View was great and location is A1. Loved using the decks for morning coffee and dinner just a few steps off the beach. Only real complaint was we didn't really care for the mattress. It was pretty firm and out backs were pretty sore in the morning. We'd rent it again for the right price.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We sincerely apologize for the plumbing issue you experienced during your stay. Once we were made aware of the situation, we immediately contacted a plumber to fix the toilet. The high temperature for the shower is out of our control as the building supplies the hot water but we did replace the shower body to ensure it was functioning well. We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thanks for letting us know about your stay.

Inside was ok, views awesome.

Views were great and everything described for the condo unit was accurate. Our disappointment was with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. In the bathroom there were some mold spots on the shower liner, a used soap left in the shower and a ratty looking rug by the sink. In the bedroom there were some stains on the rug and a rolled up bedsheet under the bed but visible. Also, the grate inside the toaster oven was sticky so we didn’t use it. Overall rating was 3 stars because of that.

We did not stay and requested a refund

The room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We contacted the homeowner who said that he was told it had been cleaned, but there were Doritos all over the floor, there was sand everywhere, leftover food in the counter, the bed was in shambles and the bathroom definitely wasn't cleaned. The location was the only good thing, but we did not stay at the location after walking into this because we packed confidence in the sterilization process between guests. The homeowner agreed to give us our money back, but has since ghosted all of our calls, emails, and texts and we have yet to receive the funds.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns. - We provide our guests with check-in instructions that clearly indicates the check-in time of 4 pm. When possible, we are happy to accommodate guest requests for early check-in or late check-out, but this strictly depends upon our cleaning service's schedule and availability. On the day of your check-in, without approval, you arrived and checked in to the property at 1:00 pm, several hours ahead of schedule. At this time, our cleaning team had not had the opportunity to clean the premises as they had been waiting for the previous guests to check-out. As a courtesy, although you were ahead of schedule, we offered to pay for lunch/dinner while the cleaning team went to the property to clean the premises. Unfortunately, you had already made the decision to cut your stay short and left. We had no further communication after that point, and we have since followed up with Evolve, who confirmed that you failed to respond to their communciation efforts in an attempt to further assist you. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Was pleased with the location and condominium facility. However, the location of our stay was not cleaned at all prior to our arrival. When the owner was contacted, he stated the room had been cleaned already, but that was fast from the case as there was garage all over the condo and the room was completely disheveled. He also blamed our early arrival (we were allowed to check in without any notification that it was early) as the reason for the room not being cleaned from the previous guests prior to us entering the room. The owner said that he could have cleaners arrive on the premises, but it would take an hour and a half for them to arrive, and probably over an hour to get the room cleaned (so by the math, the room wouldn't have been cleaned until 2 and a half hours after the time he said we should have checked in). Minimal, if any compensation was offered for the inconvenience and we requested our money back and did not use the residence. The owner stated he would give us our refund, but we are still waiting on the funds to be returned

Nice place, poor communication

Although we really like the condo, the location on the beach, and proximity to Cape May, our experience was greatly affected by the work being done on the building, and the poor communication with us. It took 2 weeks to receive a response to an email inquiry regarding the accommodations. What was especially frustrating was that work was being done on the building which would disrupt our view of the beach and the quiet hours of the facility. Our view of the beach was obstructed. Work commenced at 7:30 am most days of our stay, including gas powered leaf blowers which have an extremely high decibel rating 80-90. The smell of the epoxy paint covering the floor surfaces below us was unpleasant. Nearly all of the stairways from the 3rd floor were blocked, which presented a safety risk, if not a code violation. On one occasion a truck completely blocked access to the parking area and we had to search for the vehicle owner to leave the parking spot.. We should have been notified in advance that this would be occurring. The unit should've been discounted or not rented at all during this time.

Great location!

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well appointed. We love staying at this property as we've stayed in several different condos. It is right on the beach and the Crest is very quiet. The only potential problem with this unit is that the parking space is under the building. Thankfully we didn't bring our SUV because it wouldn't have fit in the parking space as it is against a wall. There is only one parking space per unit.

Weekend away

My husband and I stayed here from Thursday to Sunday. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The views are amazing and you really can’t get much closer to the beach than this! The communication with the property owner was fine. He answered my emails timely and my call when I arrived at the property. The property met our needs and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and the deck. That being said, the property management company does not respond efficiently. They can take up to 2 weeks to respond, which is not convenient for someone looking to plan. I have to say some other cons are the parking spot. It is VERY tight. Further the bathroom did not appear to be clean. There was an old comb with hair in it and a used soap bar in the shower, which makes me question the highly priced cleaning fee. I also do not agree with a damage fee that is not non refundable. I’ve stayed in other properties managed by a management company and have been refunded my damage protection within 7 days after check out, if there is no damage to the unit. Again, we always enjoy our time down the shore and this unit provided us with everything we needed to have a great time. We appreciated the hospitality, welcome baskets and snacks. Thank you!

We loved it!

Perfect location, great view and easy access to the ocean. Clean, comfy, and nicely decorated with a super comfy bed and well-stocked kitchen. Games and movies. Clean grills. Friendly guests. Sturdy beach chairs. Refreshing pool, etc. Even a diner a block away. The owner, Paul, is easily available and very helpful if you have any questions. We loved it and can’t wait to return. Great place to enjoy the beach.

This Beach front property has beautiful sunrises each morning. We took advantage of the Wildwood Crest handicapped beach shuttle which made it possible for my husband to go to the beach. The property was clean and well maintained.

Charming Oceanfront Getaway

Spent a week here with my family and enjoyed the pool and surf. The soft white sandy beaches have the perfect waves for body boarding. The condo is walking distance to many bars and restaurants and a short jitney ride to the boardwalk. We went to the water park, amusement park and movies with the kids and also had a few adult nights out dining on fresh seafood in Cape May. Will be back for another visit soon.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

We stayed for a week. Paul’s condo was the perfect place to stay, with the best view of the ocean! The condo was clean, well stocked with essentials, comfortable and so close to everything. Paul even left a little goodie basket for the stay (thank you!). The fireplace in the bedroom was a neat touch. We explored a lot while we were in NJ and really enjoyed coming back to the condo to relax. Paul was so kind, and communicative. He was willing to share some of his favorite places in NJ. It was easy to check in, and check out. Thank you so much Paul!!

Lovely ocean view condo

Had a very nice, quiet weekend at the Summer Sands condo. Location is perfect - ocean views from the dining/living room, only steps to the (huge!) beach, and less than 2 miles to the boardwalk. Condo had all of the amenities needed for the weekend - down to the towels, linens, snacks in a welcome basket, and even travel sized soaps/shampoos/lotions. The owner left recommendations of restaurants (and there were lots of brochures and menus to help you decide what to do/eat) and check in/check out was easy. King sized bed was comfortable and the immediate area around the condo was nice and quiet (off season/end of April). It was a much needed and appreciated weekend away after a long 2+ years home due to the pandemic. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Beautiful location!

Paul was phenomenal with communication and his place was perfect for our first Spring getaway weekend! Everything we needed and more! Clean, well appointed and beautiful sunrises —great and easy access to the beach! We will be back!
