Below you will find details about our 1 bed/ 1 bath vacation home, Neptune's Cove on the Sea, located on the 10th floor of the oceanfront high-rise building Capri by the Sea.

This condo features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room to maximize the breathtaking views of the ocean. You will love your stay in this conveniently located condo in the heart of Pacific Beach. It is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops and just minutes to the sun and sand. Throughout the condo is all new Pergo-style "driftwood" flooring installed on the diagonal, a rock wall with an electric "mood" fireplace that also provides heat on the South wall, a 65 inch TV, beautiful ceiling beams and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating comfortably at home, with a spectacular ocean view!

NEED MORE ROOM? If you would like to travel with extended family or other families, we have three 1-bedrooms and three 2- bedrooms in this building; three in a row on the 9th floor, 909, 910 and 911 plus 1005 and 1010 right above them.

Capri by the Sea offers every amenity you could want and need for your stay in San Diego. A single parking space is included with your reservation. The rooftop offers 360 views of Pacific Beach, with BBQ grills and picnic tables and lounge seating. A heated (80 degrees) pool and hot tub are located on the ground floor behind the Capri building and are accessible with your key fob. A washer and dryer (coin-operated) are located at the South end of the hallway just outside the condo. A trash and recycling chute is located on the North end. Your key fob gives access to that condo's floor, lobby, rooftop, garage and pool area. Check-in instructions sent via email will provide more details about how to obtain your keys/lock code and fobs.

It is important for you to read all the details about your property. We want our guests to feel prepared, informed and at ease while staying with us. We are always available if you have questions!

Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about our home!

Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed.

Attention Guests: In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days. Please contact us with any questions.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY

If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and our business unlike any other!
Guests have access to rooftop deck with multiple gas BBQs, seating and lounge chairs. There is a communal pool and hot tub located next door that can be accessed by the key fob.

Customer service is a high priority to us. We like to make sure you have what you need before you arrive and get settled into our home. We are available whenever you need us, 7 days a week and after hours!

Included covered parking spot in underground garage with additional outside parking spots available on a first come first served basis for an additional weekly rate. (Please inquire at the Capri front desk if additional parking is needed)

Please note: The look-out terraces at the Capri are NOT for standing or sitting. DO NOT lean on the railings. Capri by the Sea has asked for our cooperation in their new safety proceedings. The incredible views of the beach, boardwalk and ocean are not affected!

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season. 
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.
(Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!)

☀ Holiday 2025 Policy: 
6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 20-January 3). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day. 
*An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!  

☀ Summer 2025 Policy: 
Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2025, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Last Minute Booking Policy:
If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy. 

To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest’s face and holding either a Driver’s License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.

This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.

đŸŸ Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted at this property. Guests who bring a pet that is not a service animal will be fined by the HOA.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!

Age Policy: We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25 or large parties. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.

After booking:
We manage properties on behalf of our owners. Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. This agreement reviews our terms and conditions, house rules and policies, and what to expect of your stay. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit. The view was amazing and the perfect size for two adults and our 8 year old son. Coffee is very well stocks. Toilet is very small which bothered my husband more than my son and me and there is no AC. We are from Texas so it took some time to get used to, but would stay again

Almost Perfect

We stayed for two weeks and loved the apartment. The view is spectacular. The ocean changes constantly and we never tired of the view. The apartment was well-stocked with kitchenware and staples products needed to get settled in comfortably. Our one and only complaint was the living room sofa that is well-past its prime and was not comfortable to either sit on or stretch out. I hope that the owners or management company can replace this, as but for this we would return to this unit in a heartbeat. The unit is high tech, with Alexa available to control lights. There’s two big screen TV’s that are excellent. The Wi-Fi was easy to log into and worked great. The bedroom is fine, with ample closet space, bedding and a very comfortable mattress. The location is great - literally on the beach. The cement walk that goes past the front of the building is ideal and runs for miles. Excellent for sunrise or sunset (or anytime) walks or runs. We hope to return sometime soon - if the sofa is replaced.

We were on the 10th floor and the view was fantastic. The unit was very well decorated and supplied us with everything need for the entire stay. Perfect place to stay in Pacific Beach. Loved the beachfront view from the 10th floor. Great pool next door. Beach towels and chairs were so nice to have. We loved walking the boardwalk and walking to restaurants. Overall excellent stay!

Great Views

We spent a wonderful 4 days at this property with tremendous views. The apartment had recently been renovated so it was well appointed and comfortable. Nice to have our own parking spot in such a prime location. Unfortunately, we were there during record setting heat and without air conditioning, it was a little uncomfortable, even with the breeze from the ocean coming thru the slider. Fortunately, that weather pattern is the exception, not the rule.

Family Paradise

It was our family's first time to San Diego and we felt lucky to find this gem. Beautifully decorated, breathtaking views and perfect location. Kiddos loved boogie boarding and sleeping with the sound of real waves. We will be back!

Perfect San Diego Spot

This listing is exactly as advertised, no surprises. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Has every amenity you can think of. Check-in was smooth. The condo is ideally located on Pacific beach, a 5 minute walk from the pier, and Konos for breakfast burritos. Very clean, very quiet! Would book again! Only downside, and this is a millennial being picky, the condo is TOO smart. For anyone 40 and under, it’s a breeze to navigate, and quite convenient. However, my parents are in their late 60s. They required full-on tech support to turn on the lights. Plus, NO a/c. Which, let’s be honest, is San Diego, don’t need it.

Perfect Location!

This vacation was a big splurge for me. My biggest concerned was that there was no AC however it was a non-issue and it was not needed. The condo was well appointed.The location could not be beat. It was very quiet and the bed was comfy but I ended up sleeping on the sofa for the most part and feel asleep listening to the roaring of the ocean. There was nothing more peaceful than listening to the 24 hour a day white noise machine. It was very enjoyable.

Had difficulties several times with 'Smart Home' features. The ceiling fan turned itself on, then off, then on again in the middle of the night. The refrigerator beeped for several hours for no apparent reason ... television was hard to operate.
