Had an absolutely wonderful time here with my wife for five nights. The place is clean, has plenty of amenities, and the views and location are perfect! We rented a car to explore, but it never left the parking garage, as there was everything we needed, and then some, within walking distance. Highly recommend, and we will definitely return to this place!

Oceanfront view

The interior of the condo is nicely upgraded and well maintained. The host was very helpful. The building is a bit rundown and the pool is not a resort style amenity. The location on the ocean and the view are great. However, the area attracts homeless and people smoking martijuana along a busy stretch of beach.

Stunning views from the minute you enter! Clean, spacious, and beautiful. The primary bedroom & bathroom were spacious and beautiful. Very walkable to restaurants and nightlife. The parking garage is a bit tight, but offers easy access to the condo via elevator. We loved it!

Family Vacation

This condo and location did NOT disappoint!Comfy beds, beach stuff available to use and a full kitchen. The hosts provided such clear directions for check in/out and responded quickly when we had questions. You could Uber from the airport and walk to so many restaurants. Or Ralph's grocery store is a few miles down the road and has everything you need.We will definitely be back :)

Road trip to San Diego

Lovely, clean condo overlooking the beach & ocean. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs, and body boards helped to make the stay wonderful. Secure parking garage and easy access to beach, restaurants, grocery, and shops. Wed definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! The proximity to restaurants and the beach are very accessible, within walking distance. Only 1 complaint, the master bed is super firm, I would suggest maybe a gel memory foam.

This Exceeded our expectations. The place is immaculate! From every dish to bathrooms to bedding. The owners outdo themselves in this rental and I am very picky! Great location with so many things to do and they provide you with everything possible. Anyone will be BEYOND impressed when renting here. Will 1000% stay here everytime I am in San Diego!

Fantastic unit!

We really loved this unit. Spotlessly clean. Looked exactly like the photos online. Decor made the apartment light, bright, and feeling new. Very up-to-date modern design. Open-concept living/dining/kitchen is perfect for vacation. Master bed/bath, with King bed, provides views that are as good as the living room, which we appreciated. Master bath was modern, with walk-in shower and amazing water pressure. Kitchen had every possible item/gadget one might need.Check-in could be a tinier bit easier with more explicit instructions. We struggled to find the front of the building (which spans an entire block). More explicit check-in language that the lobby is on Missouri Street would have helped (the VRBO-provided/Google map took us to the other street, a block away. The lock box is mounted very high, and is an older version that took several minutes to figure out. I'm 6' tall and I was stretching to reach and see the numbers.....I can't imagine how frustrated a shorter person would feel trying to access it. But once we were checked in the vacation was perfect. So many places right on the beach are run-down, weathered or moldy because of the moisture and salt from the sea, and general landlord neglect. Not this place. We got all the benefits of being right on the beach -- the view, the sounds, and the access -- while still in a clean, sharp-looking, dry, and very comfortable unit.

I loved the security of the building and the ease of getting luggage and people in and out. The view is astounding and the beach was perfect and easily accessible. Can’t wait to stay again!

Exceptional apartment

This apartment is so good, you almost want to keep it to yourself as a secret! it is beautifully appointed, right on Pacific Beach, in an absolutely perfect location and has stunning views of the beach, the surfing, etc. It has been renovated to very high standards with very good quality appliances etc. There is literally everything you need for a perfect holiday. A brilliant home away from home. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you!

You will find lots of local eateries and pubs with the Southern California vibe that PB is known for. Another great activity is walking the boardwalk right in front of the property! Enjoy a coastal stroll for miles down the stunning Pacific Ocean. Not only does PB boast an amazing walkable neighborhood, it is also centrally located and perfectly postioned for a visit to Downtown, Sea World, The Zoo, La Jolla, Torrey Pines or Point Loma!
