Relax by the community pool and spa or unwind in your condo, where endless ocean views provide a serene backdrop. With La Jolla Cove just 4 miles away, where playful seals and sea lions bask in the sun, along with upscale shops and fine dining, and Belmont Park only 2 miles from thrilling roller coasters, mini-golf, and arcade fun, this condo offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure!

- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS UNIT & COMPLEX IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7 within the complex
- The complex offers pay-per-use laundry facilities, and the rooftop features shared BBQ grills and seating.
- Please note that we only manage this individual unit and are not responsible for the building or its amenities.
- There is no central heating or air conditioning, however, there are portable AC and heating units.
- The community pool and spa are not directly connected to the property; you will need to walk approximately 250 feet down the street to access them. The sauna is not operable.
- The look-out terrace off the living room is not for standing or sitting. Please refrain from walking on the terrace and stay inside the unit for your safety.
-The 12th floor unit will undergo remodeling. You may hear audible noise from 9 AM- 5PM.If there are noise outside the designated hours, you may report it to the front desk immediately.Estimated completion by end of March 2026.
-Start Date 01/5/2026 One of the units on the 3rd floor will undergo some minor remodeling. You may hear some audible noise coming from the unit. Work Hours 9AM-5PM. If you hear noise outside of these designated times, please contact the front desk immediately.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
PARTIES & OVER OCCUPANCY POLICY
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or over occupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
