La cour tranquille de la JamaĂŻque s'Ă©tend entre la baie et l'ocĂ©an. À seulement 50 pieds du bord de mer et Ă  300 pieds de la baie, ce grand duplex confortable dispose de terrasses sur le toit avec de superbes vues depuis le jacuzzi. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© a les 2 derniers Ă©tages d'un duplex de 3 Ă©tages. Cette maison loin de chez vous n'attend que vous et votre famille. Cette moitiĂ© du duplex est un 2bdrm / 2 de 1421 pieds carrĂ©s. Condo 5ba avec deux chambres de maĂźtre chacune avec leur propre salle de bain. Maintenant pour la meilleure partie! Sirotez du vin californien et dĂ©tendez-vous dans le bain Ă  remous sur la terrasse du 3Ăšme Ă©tage avec une vue sur l'ocĂ©an et une vue de San Diego Ă  l'est! Hou la la!
À 50 mĂštres de la promenade de Mission Beach et du sable de l'ocĂ©an Pacifique. Les deux chambres principales ont des lits queen confortables, de grandes tĂ©lĂ©visions, des balcons et des salles de bain complĂštes (une avec une baignoire jacuzzi). Les comptoirs en granit et les nouvelles tuiles du condo vous donnent l'impression de vivre dans le luxe. Le salon a une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision, un canapĂ©-lit Queen avec matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire et un balcon ainsi qu'une salle d'eau juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine. Vous n'aurez pas l'impression de manquer de cuisine dans la cuisine californienne ouverte sur le salon. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour cuisiner et manger Ă  la maison et peut accueillir 6 personnes Ă  table et il y a 4 places disponibles au bar du petit dĂ©jeuner. Il y a aussi une salle d'eau Ă  moitiĂ© bain Ă  cet Ă©tage pour votre commoditĂ©! Sortez sur le balcon du salon et profitez d'une vue sur l'ocĂ©an! Nous fournissons High Def TV avec un lecteur BlueRay / DVD, Internet par cĂąble et Wifi ainsi que des appels illimitĂ©s Ă  l'Ă©chelle nationale et au Canada. Il y a un garage pour 2 voitures, mais une voiture doit ĂȘtre compacte en raison de la disposition du garage. Roulez le long de la promenade et les gens regardent avec les 2 vĂ©los Beach Cruiser fournis, les planches de bodyboard, les chaises de plage, les jouets de plage, etc.
La grande terrasse de la 3Ăšme chambre avec le jacuzzi juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la chambre a un barbecue Ă  gaz, un petit bar et des tabourets de bar et une vue sur l'ocĂ©an, tout simplement parfait pour profiter du style de vie californien! Le bonus supplĂ©mentaire est une vue imprenable sur les feux d'artifice nocturnes de SeaWorld en Ă©tĂ© et le soir du Nouvel An. Grande propriĂ©tĂ© familiale. Overall great vacation

Had a few flying bugs had to deal with in upstairs areas, adults didn’t mind but teens were not happy, yes upstairs room was hot but made do. The fridge had a leak in ice maker dispenser. We noticed and notified management. Location was great and bikes provided was great. But will continue to revisit and tell family and friends to visit.

Review

The unit was great. The only complaint is that the amenities listed on the detail for the rental said air conditioning. This was not a lie but definitely not accurate either. The unit had one AC unit in the master room. The entire house was worse than a sauna! They do not give you this information until after you book the unit. We happened to get this place during an excessive heat wave which made it unbearable during the day to be in the unit. They have window we attempted to open but two do not have screens or are mounted correctly. They did have plug in fans but they did not help or have enough to cool the place. Location was great. They had bikes to ride along the beach with umbrellas and chairs. They do offer garage parking but only fits one or two hatchback vehicles. Hot tub was well taken care of. The master bed was one of the most comfortable we have stayed in. Over all if this place had an entire AC unit throughout the house it would be perfect. Great place to stay during the cooler times of the year.

Mission Beach

The property itself is a little run down but the fact that it’s one house back from the boardwalk/ocean makes up for it. The spa is on the top deck and you can see the ocean which is very cool. I was very pleased with the quick responses from the rental company.

Fun in the Sun

Enjoyed the property - being so close to the water, have comfortable beds, and having the option to have so many doors and windows open for fresh ocean air was great. A good amount of conveniences in the kitchen was appreciated. Property management was very responsive to any of our needs. Thank you.

Amazing visit

We always stay further north right on the beach, but this proved to be a far better experience. The property is so roomy that we weren’t all on top of each other. Very quick walk to shops, ice cream, Belmont Park and restaurants. It was too cold to boogie board,but we appreciated having access to chairs and bikes and beach gear. The beds were comfortable. Having the hot tub was absolutely perfect and we actually saw dolphins in the ocean from the hot tub. The downstairs TV was suspect but we managed just fine. The property managers are communicative and attentive. We definitely will be returning.

Poor condition

I can’t understand how this unit got good reviews. It was quite dirty when we arrived, most of the furniture was in poor shape. Basically a low end unit in a good location. If you’re used to staying in nice places I would keep looking.

Mission Beach

This place was a fantastic place to stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again, and the property managers were top notch with communications and help. Only one issue and its minor, but when you pay a cleaning fee you would expect housekeeping to do an adequate job of cleaning. Upon arrival cleaning was still in process, again not a big deal but we checked in 30 min. past our check in time. The dryer was running with a full load of towels and such when housekeeping left. They returned later and left with everything that was in the dryer. Each bathroom only had 1 towel for showering each. We had 4 adults and 2 grandchildren. We did find extra towels but very strange they would leave only 1 towel in each bathroom. We got ready to make dinner on the 1st night and couldn't find many dishes. Opened the dishwasher and it was packed full of dirty dishes. Apparently housekeeping doesn't check this. This delayed our dinner by a couple hours as we need to run the dishwasher before we could cook. I would definitely stay here again as it was wonderful, but I would hope someone could have a conversation with the cleaning people to focus a little more on the small things.

Perfect seaside retreat

A Gem!

We booked this spot looking for some peace at the beach and a great location to be able to hit local attractions easily, and it was just that. The communication was prompt and great! The house was a little more confusing than it appeared, but not in a bad way. Just LOTS of ways to get to areas in the home. Multiple patios, incredible views, just steps from the boardwalk, everything we needed (minus a blow dryer, lol). They had cribs available for kids, tons of pillows and blankets, and the beds were comfy! Once you master having all of the codes for the gates, doors and garage handy, the stay is a dream! Sea World was less than 10 minutes, the boardwalk is about a 30-second walk, and Belmont park is about 2 minutes down the alley. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're not looking for updated modern amenities and ok with great bones and location! We'll be back again.

Family visit

This place is amazing. Super close to the beach and the board walk. Hot tub is great, the view from the balcony is amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is right next to the beach. Great location. There are steep stairs however so be aware before renting in case someone has problems getting up and down. Otherwise it's a totally cool spot. Clean. And perfect for a family vacation. Love this place!!

Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

☀ Holiday 2025 Policy:
6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 20-January 3). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day.

☀ Summer 2025 Policy:
Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2025, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Last Minute Booking Policy:
If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy.

To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest’s face and holding either a Driver’s License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.

This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.

đŸŸ Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly. Please note: a pet fee of $250 plus tax for the first pet, and $150 plus tax for second pet. Please send breed and pet description(s) for approval on your pet’s stay.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!

Age Policy: We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25 or large parties. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.

After booking:
We manage properties on behalf of our owners. Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. This agreement reviews our terms and conditions, house rules and policies, and what to expect of your stay. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed, payment has been made, and the guest has connected with one of our guest services agents.

In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The Verify Hub service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days.

Property Appearance:
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

Property Responsibilities:
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management, Replacement of keys/fobs/remotes, and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and our business unlike any other!

ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING. ❌ 🚬
Many buildings are also managed by HOAs who will fine guests for misconduct.

Noise:
This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

Starter Kit/Guest Essentials:
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store. Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and co2/fire detectors.
